Location - Close to the center possible to walk. Tram/Metro is also really close to hotel (few minutes by walking) Room - Nice quiet room

I had terrible experience - Code for entrance door to hotel stop working. On 14 of September in the morning hours (4 A.M), I tried to enter the hotel using code (which worked before) and I was not able to. I could not reach anyone (tried to call 2 numbers what I found, wrote email, reception was also empty) I had to stay more than 2 hours outside the hotel in horrible weather(Temperature 8°C, Windy, Rain + Flood Warning) Around 6:30 A.M I was able to enter hotel when someone from guests let me in... I waited 30 more minutes for receptionist and I told what happened. She confirmed the code is not working and apologies for the situation. As a "refund " I get 20 Euro back and 2 souvenirs (Metal lighter and keychain) which is at least something but definitely not enough when taking the situation under consideration. (You paid for roof over your head and you get umbrella)

Расположение отеля. Соотношение цена-качество. Не стоит забывать, что это тройка и ждать чего то особенного не нужно. Всё было бы хорошо, если бы не онлайн регистрация.

У нас был поздний заезд. Нам предложили онлайн регистрацию. Но после сбоя с банковской картой или сбоя интернета отель не получил оплату и перестал отвечать на звонки и сообщения. При этом отель не отвечал на сообщения и звонки из Испании, и из Чехии на номера и адреса указанные ими. Я вынужден был срочно зарезервировать другой отель, что бы не ночевать на улице. И только при посадке в самолёт пришло сообщение о подтверждении регистрации. Отменять бронирование было поздно и я потерял деньги.

There was nothing to like.

Hotel and rooms unclean. Room had an awful smell upon entry. Vomit stains on the carpet. Sewage smell in the toilet. Internet constantly drops out and works at a snails pace when it is connected (basically unuseable). Only one small fan for a family of 5, with no air con, which led to a very uncomfortable night. We were forced to find alternative accommodation for our second night in Prague, as we weren't prepared to stay for the second night. Raised a complaint with booking.com, but they have yet failed to issue a refund. Hotel Karlin have not responded at all, so be very careful with these guys. No customer service at all. I would strongly recommend you look for accommodation elsewhere if staying in Prague.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hat eine sehr schöne Größe. Man kann sich bequem bewegen, ohne überall anzuecken. Schön war auch, dass es einen kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer gab. Von der Lage her auch ansprechend. Die Straßenbahn hält quasi fast vor der Tür, aber ich habe sie nicht genutzt, sondern bin alles zu Fuß abgelaufen. Lage nah an der Moldau. In unmittelbarer Umgebung mehrere Restaurants, Mini Markets, eine Bank, Rossmann, Cafés usw. Hier hat mir wirklich nichts gefehlt.

Das Hotel könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die mittlere Halterung der Gardinenstange war gebrochen, so dass ich mich kaum getraut habe, die Vorhänge zuzuziehen. Die Gardinenstange hing in der Mitte gefährlich durch. Gardinen und Bettwäsche waren leicht fleckig und im Bad in der Dusche sind einige Fugen schon schwarz. Auch wurde die Spültaste an der Toilette offenbar nicht abgewischt. Als ich das Zimmer bezogen habe, waren noch deutlich Fingerabdrücke zu sehen, die definitiv nicht von mir waren. Gerade bei hygienisch sensiblen Stellen wäre das aber wünschenswert, besonders auf Sauberkeit zu achten. Die Aussicht war leider nur mangelhaft. Ich habe auf die Wand vom Nachbarhaus geschaut.

Ubytování nebylo čisté. Postele byly v pořádku ale koupelna byla špinavá. Podlaha ve sparách zašlá špína a divně lepila. Na podlaze vlasy buď předešlých hostů nebo personálu. Na recepci nemluvili česky.

Personal was great and location was also great.

Hotel se nachází na velmi dobrém místě, nedaleko Karlínského náměstí a zároveň blízko k zástavce tramvaje Křižíkova (100m) i k metru Křižíkova (300m). Hotel má také funkční výtah.

Záchod v pokoji už nejspíše měl své nejlepší dny za sebou, nicméně to mi nakonec nijak moc nevadilo.
