We vinden de appartementen van Quest altijd wel comfortabel. In principe is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Bed was heerlijk, goede badkamer. Prima plek voor een tussenstop.

Wij kwamen om 17.45 aan en dan is de receptie al dicht, vinden we wat vroeg. Maar bellen en inchecken daarna ging wel heel soepel. Locatie niet heel top.

Parking inutile car utilisé par des personnes ne séjournant pas dans l hôtel J'ai loué un appartement avec une vue montagnes, j'ai eu une vue sur le parking et sur le chantier voisin... L'accueil étant fermé, j'ai dû appeler la conciergerie téléphonique, qui s'en moquait royalement, n'en avais rien a faire et s'est même permis de me raccrocher au nez.... Inacceptable

Near new, modern, spacious and very well equipped apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a very good shower. There was even a washer machine / dryer and an expresso coffee machine. Situated outside the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown and near the airport it was very quiet and peaceful. The receptionist on arrival was very friendly and helpful.

The young receptionist on departure hardly said a word apart from okay. Maybe she was having a bad day! Totally the opposite of the lady we saw on our arrival. My credit card was charged 2 days prior to my arrival and I had an extra unauthorised payment of 2% added above the price stated on all my Booking.com paperwork. Quest never mentioned any extra fee had been added on check in either. Although only a small amount it was unexpected and annoying. I only paid a credit card fee at one other accommodation during my 16 nights in New Zealand and that was clearly stated in the booking.com paperwork and by the hotel (Bella Vista) on check in.

It was fresh and new, the apartment space was very comfortable and had great services. A random but important note was the size of the milk. It was perfect for my young family and meant we weren't rushing out in the morning for supplies! There was a playground and shops within easy walking distance and plenty of restaurants around the corner. We needed a place close to the airport and this was great, we rarely heard the planes but was close enough to ensure we weren't rushing to our flight. We were afforded an early and late check-out due to availability and that extra time helped us with our impending flight to Aus. Although there is construction going on around we had a lovely view of the surrounding mountains and the double glaze kept the noise at bay.

Ein ganz neuer Apartmentkomplex in direkter Flughafennähe, der sehr chic alles bietet, was Reisende im Laufe einer längeren Reise sich wünschen. Dabei war die gesamte Ausstattung durchgängig hochwertig und funktional. Die Kontakte mit dem Personal beschränkten sich auf ein Minimum bem Checkout, waren aber sehr nett. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Der Apartment-Neubau liegt etwas abseitig im Industriegebiet um den Flughafen herum.

The excellent location. Very close to airport with an excellent bus service to hotel (5 minutes) and the town centre (20 minutes Great reception personnel, cheerful, informed and helpful. Proximity of Remarkables town shops was very useful and held several choices for dinner. We slept well and room was every thing we needed.

The buildings around funnelled the considerable wind very effectively.

Nice and spacious room, enjoyed the fact that we could cool it down with heat pump during a hot day

This was the only mistake I made booking hotels in New Zealand.

NOT ENOUGH PARKING, TERRIBLE SUMMER LOCATION Our reservation said it came with free parking, so we assumed we were guaranteed parking. When we checked in, the receptionist did not tell us that the parking lot sometimes filled up and where additional parking was. We we arrived back around 10:30 PM one night, all the designated spaces were full. It was dark and there was no visibility into other potential spaces. We called the after hours reception and they said we could park on Market Street, this was on Thursday Jan 5, 2023. I told the person on the phone that I saw 90 minute parking signs there, and they told us we could park there until 9 in the morning. We received an early morning parking ticket! When we retrieved the car in the morning, we saw there was a public lot on the same street, but there was no visibility at night. We also did receive a paper that mentioned the lot, but this should have been clearly mentioned by the receptionist and the person we called at night. The location is REALLY FAR from everything fun in Queenstown during the summer and would only be good for skiing in the winter maybe. I am calling this out because I felt duped by other reviews I read. IF YOU NEED PARKING IN QUEENSTOWN DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I gave a 5 star review to every other hotel we stayed at but this one was THE WORST.

We did not have breakfast as we did your own breakfast. the motel was close to shops and placed to eat and the staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay very pleasant .

The apartment was very comfortable and quiet, modern with updated appliances. The washer and dryer were happily used.

Limited parking made us think twice about going into the main town where more activities were centered.

Totally the hospitality was incredible. Receptionists were really nice. Very close to ZQN airport - only 1 stop from airport by bus. It cost only $2.00 with BEE card. I didn't need to grab a taxi. Very easy access. The hotel was located next to Remarkable Shopping Mall. Walking distance from both airport and shopping mall for me. There were a variety of restaurants and cafes in the mall. Super market (New World) was nearby. To CBD of Queenstown, you can reach by #1 city bus. Takes 30 minutes bus ride. Very quiet to sleep at night.

期待していた以上に、部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。レセプションのスタッフもとても親切でフレンドリーでした。館内にレストランはないですが、徒歩圏内に大型スーパーマーケットがあり便利。隣はショッピングモールなので、レストランやカフェもありました。市街地に行く場合、始発と終点を兼ねたバス停が、ホテルの近くにありました。空港からは「１ Remarkable Shop」行きに乗れば、次の停留所がホテルの近くに停まります。非常に便利なロケーション。軽く散歩したいなら、川沿いを歩ける散歩道が数分のところにあります。似たようなホテルが沢山ありますが、このホテルが一番良いと感じました

Location was close to the airport so we could head off to Wanaka easily in the morning. It was walking distance to a supermarket and restaurant. Parking was available.

Kitchen cupboards were very high but a small step was provided to stand on.

We visited for honeymoon. We are totally satisfied with their service. After taking wedding photo in Queenstown, we sadly couldn’t bring the bouquet back to our country. But, staff put the flowers at the reception. We were so happy about it.
