The pathway to the property wasn’t lit at night and resulted in my elderly mum taking a tumble and cutting her leg badly Please put solar lights up the steps for those darker evenings

Very friendly staff makes me feel welcomed. Spotless clean room, kitchen and bathroom. They offer you acces to the kitchen ehere you can find everything you need to cook for yourself. Also a laundry room ehere you can use washing machine. They have a wonderfull front garden with table and chairs. Beds very confortable, clean carpet and small fridge in the room. Can can be let on the side of the road, there are plenty of spaces free of charge. Highly recomanded!

I had not expected to be sharing facilities with so many others. I went to use the shared bathroom and found a man urinating with the door open! Not great. Also it was quite noisy there with so many people in and out shutting doors etc.
