Beautiful, loved the modern decor and fresh look. Specially how lovely and tasteful the Holiday decorations were done.

It was clean; the kitchen in the suite was well stocked. The Olympic size pool was heated; workout area was spacious and well- equipped. Staff : very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a nice selective spread. I’d suggest some pancakes or waffles, but the selection was decent. I enjoyed the pool, very spacious.

Proximity to main highway. Convenient to walgreens and popular restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast was a bonus. Lighting in bather room was great. Microwave and refrigerator was nicely configured. Nice firepit outside.

Sheets had stains. They clearly were clean but was unexpected. Bed was comfortable otherwise.

Room smelled like a dog and a the carpets and sofa had dog hair and weren't cleaned properly.

Clean, friendly staff, fantastic facilities, comfortable room. Price is incredibly high, but all hotels seemed to be in the same range in that area.

My only complaint was a ridiculously low flow shower. It was hard to was off sand from the beach. I don;t think these low flows are saving water because it took me twice as long to get clean!

It’s a little off site from the beach but it was a great stay as long as you have a vehicle to get around.

Amazing staff, beautiful facility, great pool and outdoor patio.

The towels could have been bigger but hardly worth complaining about. Maid service every day would have been nice. Didn't know I had to ask for new towels. Didn't get the details of our stay because I booked through 3rd party. I saw other guests getting a welcome packet and some type of gift bag that included water, etc. However, for the price I paid, I'm fine without all that. The drive to the beach was long because of the traffic. Couldn't walk anywhere because of the location so you'll need to plan on sitting in traffic for at least 20 minutes when you want to go somewhere.

This hotel is well-maintained. The staff is always kind and helpful. Just a short drive to Rehoboth Beach. Nicely maintained pool. Outdoor fire pit a nice touch—especially on a cooler night. It’s our second stay and we will book again in the future.

Breakfast is always well done, but this visit they ran out of oatmeal by 9:05, and it closes at 9:30am. It should be well-stocked up until the time it ends. Strawberries (they’re in season!) should have been added to the cut up fresh fruit. We really do miss a waffle maker, though. All other hotels we stay at have one. They did bring out waffles one morning but they can’t compare to the ones made with the waffle maker. The same protein should not be offered two days in a row. The bathroom needs a couple of shelves on the wall to put toiletries on. No place to put them because there’s only one small sink.

The breakfast buffet was probably the best and most well organized from any hotel I visited. Plenty of space in that separate food room made everything easily accessible. Good for flow of traffic. Staff was very nice. They also accommodated us well with room selection (high floor, away from elevator) and allowed us early check-in.

When getting ready for bed on our first night on the 25th, found dried blood on our fitted sheet. The fold-out bed had cheerios and other food pressed into the handle where you pull it up. On the morning of the 26th, told Ronda at the front desk what the issue was and she promised to get the sheets changed. When we returned late that afternoon, nothing had been done. We were right next to the linen storage room (we were in Room 400) so I just helped myself to 2 new sets of sheets and made the bed myself. Negatives that could have been avoided, and will likely be addressed.

Loved this hotel. All facilities looked new and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Zach, who gave us great recommendations about the local sightseeing. We especially enjoyed their large and heated pool. Would definitely stay there again!
