Very nice spacious house! Beautiful inside! The location was close to everything! In a quiet neighborhood!

The whole outside area of the house! The pool was very dirty and so was the patio! I don't think the pool and patio were cleaned for 3 to 4 weeks, maybe more! Wanted to use it but couldn't because it was very filthy. The patio chairs were dirty! The ceiling fans out on the patio area weren't cleaned for about a month! Very dirty!

The house was adequate for our size family. We love the large rooms and the layout. Nice neighborhood and easy to walk to the store and the park down the street.

There was lots of light not working. One of the bedrooms was not clean and we had to wash the sheets before sleeping. Overall cleaning was not great. We did notify the hosts and they asked if we wanted someone to come out and clean and we said yes but they never came. Couch needs to be replaced, recliners don't work and there was a large spring on one of the seats so in order to sit there you had to put a pillow behind you. The bottom of the fire pit fell out on our first use. The BBQ caught on fire and yes we know how to work a gas grill. There was a broken shelf in the refrigerator. The pool alarm goes off every time you open the door and you have to push to button to stop it. I called to ask about disarming it but they said you can't. So not all of us could go out to the pool at one time. Someone had to stay in the house to push the button. We could not figure out how to work the fireplaces. I again, texted the host to ask and we never got a response. Before we left, I did called the host and let them know of all these things so the next guests would not have to deal with it.
