Beds very comfy, host very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The view from the double room but that isn’t the hosts fault.. he didn’t build the place!

Ideal location for us. Close to the beach, not far from Scarborough Spa and Close to the local amenities. This guest house is great. The owner Steve is a very nice chap, helpful too. Breakfast is worth the stay alone.

Didn’t have a fridge to have cold drinks. Top blinds didn’t block out enough light, woke my husband at 5 both mornings.

We didn't have the breakfast. The sea view from the room was lovely to look at. The room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I received the exact same outstanding service this time as I did last time. The owner is absolutely amazing and you can see he cares for his guests. I travelled with my mam and 8month old son, the owner made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. He was so friendly and nothing was too much. Cleanliness was spot on, had no issues what so ever, it was spotless. Beds are so comfy and had a great sleep. Location is ideal, so close to the sea front, close to restaurants and multistorey car park literally around the corner -what more could you want? Honestly wouldn't consider any other hotel when visiting Scarborough as this one is a gem! Host - 100/10 Location - 10/10 Cleanliness - 10/10 Sleep/comfort - 10/10

First off, Steve is responsive and attentive to his guests. Nothing is too much trouble. The room was spacious, the facilities were perfect.

Excellent location, clean, recently decorated, all furniture seemed quite new and fresh. Comfy beds. Warm welcome.

Single glazed windows meant it was noisy (seagulls!)but not too much of an issue this late in summer. Room was v warm! Could do with a fan. Couldn't move the shower head to another level/angle so water went all over...... bathroom floor therefore v wet.

5mins from the train station. Victorian tram way very close by. Central to everything. The host (sorry didn't get your name) was very polite, informative and helpful
