Rosa was brilliant with all the information we needed. Great position for train station to Barcelona. We bought a ticket for 10 euros per person to be used for 3 months on any of the trains within a certain area, you need i.d to obtain it as its for foreign tourists. Brilliant, as just using it on 2 trips to Barcelona we saved money. Everything in the apartment was perfect.

Location is dreamy. Apartment is clean and modern. a perfect stay. We ended up staying a few extra days.

Rosa who handed me the keys is a very nice woman and she allowed me early check in; she is very hospitable and provided alot of information about the area. The apartment is a recent renovation and very clean with appliances except dishwasher. The hosts provided wine and a buscuits which were very appreciated. There were lovely seaviews from the terrace and it was a quiet street. It is walkable to the train station, town center and beach. The apt parking out front is not always available and a bit difficult however they resolve this problem by providing a parking permit to allow free parking which is fine as long as you are not walking up that steep hill to the property with heavy things. There is no elevator, just stairs so consider if you have alot of luggage. Again, Rosa helped me with my luggage, she tried her best to make my stay comfortable.

There was no dishwasher which I was surprised by but I suppose I did not read properly that it was not equipped with such. The bathroom vent is not effective and often smelt like a sewer. There is absolutely no sound insulation between the floors so everything could be heard from upstairs. Even though the noises are just normal noises of people living in an apartment, the fact there is no insulation, not even a carpet or rug to absorb noise, I was every day woken up too early and every night slept too late as my sleep was guided by their schedule. As a light sleeper this led me to being so tired during the day I had to take naps to make up for my poor sleep. Also, the bed was uncomfortable, it was too low and hurt my back. I was too busy to change the booking and move to another place. I think that if noise does not bother you then it will not matter. So it was unfortunate as I did not enjoy staying or relaxing in the apartment as I had wanted. When it is quiet, it is really quiet and I enjoyed those moments at least. I am sensitive to noise but not greatly sensitive which is an exaggeration. I never met the owners, was not greeted by them and never dealt directly with them as Rosa takes care of the stay of the guest so it is odd they presume what I wanted. Anyway, it seems something is only wrong with me personally and my 'needs' of sleeping etc... so it should not effect any other guest.

perfectly renovated comfortable apartment, great sea view from both living room and the bedroom, super friendly staff, welcome bottle of wine - all great!! the village is close to Barcelona and easily reachable by train, very authentic and relaxed. the beach is just 10 min walk.

Modern apartament, very spacious (really appreciated the second bathroom!!) and clean, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach.

What a great accomodation to spend your vacation! Superb location, excellent ammeneties, parking near the apartment, great hoasts! ( Rosa is delightful, ready to help you in any occasion). Thank you for everything! We are leaving with the hope of coming back!

Excellent accomodation for a family of 3. Modern; well equipped: fridge/freezer, induction cooker, microwave, coffie machine, toaster, TV, washing machine, aircondition in every room, ...; close to the beach; great seaview from the balcony. Special compliments for the hostess!

It was incredible staying here for 10 days. Everything was clean and new. Communication with the owner was perfect, if there was a problem it got solved in 10 minutes! The location was perfect. Nice apartment like in the pictures. Fresh renovated. Apartment itself almost perfect. Parking places available near by.

Even in the night time the apartment and area is peaceful, from the early morning you hear the passing cars from beside local small street and sounds from above apartment. I had diffulties to sleep because of that. Take earplugs with you if you stay here.

The apartment was as described in the photos, with lots of lovely little touches. We were received by Rosa, who showed us in and welcomed us with a gift of local wine. During our stay Rosa was SO incredibly helpful, suggesting places to eat, replying to any question we had quickly and was very accommodating. The views are magnificent and even though you are not right on the beach, you get to experience the view over the town. Speaking of the town, if you're wondering which town to pick along this coast, and you still want to be close to Barcelona, you will love Caldetas. It's just perfect. It's small, but has everything. It is intimate and cute, but has incredible restaurants, a great market and the best beaches. We felt so lucky we came here. We drove around to many places, but we didn't see another town we loved as much as this one. Overall, a GREAT stay. Amazing location with easy access to Barcelona and the apartments that make you feel right at home.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave!

The apartment is in perfect condition. Very friendly owner, listen to you, and wanted to make your stay as much comfortable as possible. She bought for us new kitchen stuff upon our request. Espresso capsule machine. You will get a permit to park a car close to the building. Air conditioner in each room. Big refrigerator, washing machine, and oven for baking. Very good clean beach in the 7-10min walk.

Very good accommodation, all clean and tidy. Very good and quick communication with the Lady Owner. The place of accommodation is ideal, to the sea, to buy, to the restaurant and on the train connection with the coast it is a short walk away. Thank you so much Rosa 💐

Rosa was absolutely amazing, fantastic person , very helpful, easy to communicate with. We were able to park our car in front of the property. Apartment is immaculate , very clean and well equipped. Close to the beach. The Main Street with the cafes has fantastic atmosphere. People in the village are very kind and friendly. Rosa thank you for a fantastic time!!!
