No breakfast options, contrary to what was advertised. only coffee. Packaged food was absolutely terrible. Need a better supplier.

I liked that it was clean, nice, and comfortable for the most part. We had plenty of room with 2 adults and 3 kids. The shower was great, which is always hit or miss no matter where you stay. Plenty of water pressure!

I didn't bring a hairdryer since I was only staying one night and knew there is always one in hotel rooms. Ours didn't work. It is screwed into the wall, so it's not like they can just swap it out. The lobby and hallway smelled overwhelmingly of cleaners (which I appreciate it being clean, but this was excessive and nauseating.) Our room had a slight musty smell. It's an older non-renovated place so maybe that's why.

The bed was comfortable

The room was run down with lots of chipped paint and old fixtures. It was located in a really run down part of town. It stated that it offered free breakfast which actually was a carry out paper bag which had 1 small bottle of water, 1 box of apple juice, 1 apple and 1 breakfast bar. Not what we expected.

I loved everything about this hotel. Customer service was at an all time high. When something was asked you received it promptly. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The pool was the top of the hotel and you can swim up until 10PM. Safety precautions you had to have you key card to get into the second set of doors to enter into the hotel!!

Nothing was wrong with the hotel. The only thing that could be better is the snack that was given for the free breakfast. They give you a bag with bottle water, a juice and a breakfast bar.
