To my utter shock, the reception said that I have no booking at their property. I showed them printed copy of my booking, their emails confirming my booking but they could not find any booking in my name on their system. Regarding the emails sent to me confirming booking, the reception said that those were system generated and has not much implications. Anyways, they obliged me giving a room as per my booking but I do not know whether it was the same standard room which I booked or not. Anyways, the room was clean although quite small and the service although a little bit slow but still appreciable. Breakfast was okay, nothing much to complain about. Overall, it is a nice property and can be visited again.

My booking through Booking.com's was not in their system. Kitchen chef do not understand the type of egg preparation the customers are looking for.

its on highway, right on the entrance of Lucknow, so a great place for people going out of lucknow or entering in. its newly constructed property. room size are adequate for a family and they have an extra washroom on every floor so a great facility for a family with kids . there breakfast is lavish even on weekdays and staff is very polite and eager to serve on every table. not only it is lavish but each and every dish taste good too. there chef Sonu kumar shukla came to greet us personally and ask about any special requirement . at the time of dinner we opt for in room service. when we got our meal we were surprise to see the quantity of each dish , its just double of what we get in delhi and half price. each dish taste good with mild spices . overall i liked this property and there food and would like to revisit here next time i will be Lucknow

Everything about Elite was Elite. They have a very well groomed and trained staff. Their service is Prompt. Meals are of a very good quality. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very courteous.
