Very cosy and ample space for the entire family

The house is big and we were all very comfortable staying there, the table was big enough for all of us to dine together. And it was good to have two bathrooms! The owners were very responsive to our messages and came when we needed.

The kitchen is not very well equipped for home cooking, and the grill out doors needed all equipment. We ended up using a slicer for cheese to flip burgers. It would be helpful if there was a mirror in the second bathroom, and better lighting. Also, one of us slept on the couch in the living room, but there were no blinds for the windows! :) The summer sun got the better of her sleep that night.

Die Sauberkeit war eine Enttäuschung. Geschirr und Besteck mussten vorher gespült werden, der Backofen war für uns nicht benutzbar, ein Topf war schwarz, der Spülmaschine fehlte Salz und Klarspüler und die Fenster ließen sich nicht alle öffnen. Vermieter brauchte lange zum antworten. Vorteil: Trotz nächtlicher Anreise konnten wir ins Haus

Comfortable, spacious, and beautifully-decorated accommodations in a quiet area. This was a perfect stop for our family vacation, driving from the Golden Circle to Southern Iceland. We loved being able to stargaze from the living room windows (on a cold March night), and we were lucky enough to spot the Northern Lights! If we had more time, we would have loved to try out the hot tub.

Wonderful accommodation. Exceptional. Facilities amazing. Bedrooms extremely comfortable Kitchen & Bathrooms very good Hot tub and Barbecue great additions to the house Helga was very helpful and welcoming. A brilliant overnight stay had by all.
