Freundliches Personal, unkomplizierter CheckInn, sehr saubere und gemütliche Zimmer

Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Das Frühstück was sehr lecker und es wurde extra ein Rührei frisch zubereitet. Köstlich war der hausgemachte Kuchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Check-in after hours was hassle-free. The team sent me instructions on how to get into the hotel and how to collect my key because I checked in late. The room was beautiful, with a really comfortable bed and an excellent shower. You are not allowed to eat in the rooms, but there is a nice sitting area on the ground floor and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to buy food for your stay and cook in the hotel. The hotel has a really comfortable feel.

Most important is the hotel had agreed to return full amont my cancelation fee i am really happy about that.

There was no one inside the reception to help me.it will be very good if anyone was inside the hotel to direct the customers.that was the main problem that i was facing..

The hostel was very nice, clean, and modern. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The backyard is beautiful and a peaceful area to read, relax, or write. Anni was helpful and spoke English well enough to tell me how to get around and tell me the cool story about the place. It's a bit out of the way if you are looking to go to Berlin, but the train is a close walk and it only takes about 45 minutes to get to the city, so as long as you don't mind a little commute, it's nice. The area is quiet. The hostel dorm I was in was spacious, and had lots of storage space for my things. I love that the floors are wood, not carpet, and there's no smoking allowed on the premises. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they even washed some of my laundry for a small fee.

At night the room was a little cold, but I simply used another blanket while sleeping. And just be aware there aren't many restaurant options to choose from in the area.

couldn’t get in for nearly an hour. very overpriced considering the location. no staff around to ask basic questions. we were told off in a *very* brusque manner wandering down to the breakfast area , as it was a ‘private’ breakfast … despite not being given any information at any point about how things functioned at the property (not even wifi codes)
