Excellent location close to the harbour and town. Staff are lovely and friendly. Best breakfast I have ever had! So much to choose from and the full English was 10/10! We will definitely be booking again soon. Thanks for a lovely stay

Good location. Very good breakfast

Our room was small (for a couple and a dog). On the second floor. Not the hotel’s fault but we were there for a very hot spell of weather and the room was uncomfortably warm. The bathroom window was screwed closed, which didn’t help

There was a bar next door, the hotel in general was tidy. We arrived late due to traffic, called the hotel and they was able to leave the card to our room in a key lock with a code with they provided over the phone. The location was a short walk away from town.

The room was tiny, there was not much room especially for 2 people sharing. The iron board was pretty pointless and it was so small. The shower was also so small. You couldn’t really move in there.

Good breakfast. A little dated but comfortable.

Tight for parking but okay if all the people staying there can drive and reverse reasonably.

Breakfast could have been earlier

The staff at the hotel were lovely, especially the bar man who went out of his way to help. It was v useful to have found a fan in the wardrobe too as it was very warm and good to have black out blinds also easy to walk into the centre

The bed was uncomfortable with springs pushing against us. The room generally was rather small and felt claustrophobic due in part to the dark colours that it was painted in. The shower was very small with low water pressure and the light over the basin didn't work.

Proximity to the harbour, guaranteed parking space and excellent breakfast makes this hotel great value for money.

Room was deluxe, bed was very comfy towels were so soft and the breakfast were amazing even if you didn't have the full English

Couldn't get to swimming pool it was all blocked off. Rang the bell at front desk 3 times to ask about it and nobody answered

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und genau so wie erwartet. Die Lage ist super - es ist ruhig, aber man kommt schnell überall zu Fuß hin und erreicht auch den South Coast Path innerhalb von 10 min (für die Wanderer).

Die Matratze des Bettes war etwas zu weich - aber das liegt an meinen subjektiven Präferenzen.

The room was clean and tidy, I didn't book breakfast before, but was able to order/pay the night before I needed it.

The extractor fan wasn't working in the toilet/room (12) and there wasn't anybody at reception during the day if you needed one you had to ring a bell.

Loved the little sitting room which was dog friendly and very cheerful looking, like the bedroom and the shower room was lovely.

Loved the little sitting room which was lovely. The fault we found was the mat was very tatty, and the sofa was cream leather and we were concerned that if our dog accidentally jumped on it he might put a claw through the leather,!!! The only trouble with the bedroom was the space on the one side of the bed to get out of it. The space was very narrow but a lovely room and the bed was lovely and comfortable.

Room had everything in it that we needed plus some extras we weren't expecting. The room was clean and bed very cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of food and cooked well. Staff helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Difficult to find fault. Possibly something in place to mark/highlight the step in bar area. We were told to watch out for it but noticed some people tripping. Maybe more choice of ale for non lager drinkers

Spacious room, very comfortable with tea , coffee and fridge. Great view and location. Clean and tidy we had everything we needed plus free parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked to order. Great value for money. Thank you

Good value accommodation in a good location for access to the town centre. Breakfast was excellent and with good options.

Restraunt was not available in the evening and the bar area closed early during the week. Property is great value but is very basic and dated.

The breakfast was first-class. Freshly cooked to order with love. Thank you The head waitress was very welcoming, kind and efficient. I liked the personal check in. No lockbox here

The step in the bar to the restaurant. Warnings were given at check in, plus the yellow signs at the actual spot but I still missed it first time round - like many others. I didn't like the single room much as it was very small. So, the room did not meet my expectations, or for the price

Welcoming reception good size room clean well maintained older property with good facilities. Close to Torquay Harbour just a 5 minute walk away

Shower in our room was small cubicle but useable.
