The place was beautiful and clean

A large gyn was downstairs and you could hear weights dropping early in the morning, all day and late at night.

Clean, well equipped and an excellent position for beach and shops/restaurants

Being picky, somewhere in the bathroom to hang the towels would be useful.

I loved the location and the amenities available on the property. The little grocery store was sufficient for most immediate needs. The alcohol was a little overpriced, but the convenience made up for that. The absolute less than 10 mins walk to beautiful AMAZING not crowded section of the beach!! Made the rental worth a try. It was a beautiful neighborhood we used Captain Marvin's for our snorkel/stingray day trip, the night club Lengenz if you like Reggae hop Smokehouse was biker vibe good breakfast and Spanglish casual but excellent food we ate there twice!! All these were walking distance or stand out and Tro Tro bus $2 but we never seem to time it and enjoyed walking Camana Bay had some good eats and beautiful scenery also. We would recommend stay at the Grove!

I reserved based on King size bed that wasn't the case it was a Queen but a very comfortable bed. I didn't care for carpet as it was a off white color that shows dirt not so appealing. The hostess Daniel was of little help in terms of where to go, how to even get a taxis to airport overall, don't expect concierge type service atleast not from him. But to be fair this was an improptu last minute anniversary trip so maybe it caught him off guard. Trying to reach them according to email instructions once we arrived was not top notch I had to stress a little hoping it wasn't a scam because it took a minute to get someone to speak to on how to get keys and where exactly located. Update the contact based on who is working which day I should not had to call people who no longer work there...leave multiple messages use whatsapp and regular cell it was a lot after coming off long flight/customs.

Extremely clean with a very comfortable bed, the appartment is exactly as displayed on photos. Has everything you need, and the pool is a nice bonus. It’s just across the street from the beach, so it’s quite convenient. All the staff was very nice. Very happy with my stay!

Check in was smooth but you have to coordinate with someone within a time frame and meet them on the premises. I personally prefer a self check-in as it’s less of a hassle. Basic condiments/some coffee would have been appreciated as well.

The location of the property is fantastic with easy access to beach and a market on-prem to help satisfy basic needs. Added plus is the coffee shop and restaurant (Door 4).

The pool could have been bigger and the elevator didn't work very smoothly.

The facilities were comfortable and very clean. Convenient location. WiFi and TV were great. Nice that they provided beach towels and beach chairs, although I didn't use them.

Had no idea how to get the key when I arrived. No coffee in the kitchen. No hangers in the closet.

Clean and welk equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beach access to Seven Mile Beach was directly opposite the property across the road, which was great for the kids. The public beach cabanas and childrens playground was just a short walk away too. The property complex had plenty of parking and each of the four buildings has its own small pool with barbecue area. There was a great convenience / liquor store downstairs on the corner which was very handy, and the central area featured a tree-lined lawn as a pleasant area to just play with the kids or have a picnic. All in all, we were very happy with our stay :)

The only downside was that we could not extend our stay as long as we wanted as there was a booking just after ours, however there were other units available too. There was no bed linen for the sofa bed and luckily we had some of our own, but we should have just asked as it turned out these were in fact available on request.
