Small points: No plug in kitchen sink 6 guests - only 5 towels Cleaner entered the property, unannounced at 10.30 - our checkout time was 11am.

Not major but we didn't realise we had to pick the keys up from a nearby hotel. Soon got sorted though

Upon arrival we were told that we were in a two bed although we had booked and paid for a 3 bed due to needing the extra room for the children. I was told that I had asked for a two bed as I had rang ahead to double check we were staying at the accommodation booked due to a previous review. Of course that was not the case and after going back and fourth was told we could have the 3 bed the following day, not the best start however they refunded £30 for that night and gave a bottle of prosecco for the inconvenience. Things to note the check in is at the four seasons this is where you pick up your keys and will be shown to the accommodation which is only around the corner. There is no parking at all and when it says nearby it's a good 15 minutes walk away. You can park outside for only 1 hour at a time many people get tickets. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures and can't fault that very roomy and great facilities in the 3 bed there are stairs with two rooms being in a basement but that was absolutely fine for us. Again in the 3 bed the jacuzzi bath does not work however does the job as a standard bath. The hot tub is a communal one that can be accessed from the 3 bed but from the other accommodation will have to be accessed separately. The two bed or apartment 2 was fantastic lovely and clean, great bathrooms and bedrooms with brilliant views of the beach and would definitely reccomend choosing this one. Overall we loved our stay and would go back.

the location on the sea front is fantastic. the flat is nicely furnished and the basement rooms stayed cool in the hot weather.

the court yard at the back needs regular cleaning because of seagulls.

We did not stay in this property we were moved to an apartment at the Marine hotel which we were told was an upgrade. It was definitely not an upgrade and is not what I would book or stay in, we were in the basement and the property was nowhere near what I had booked. I have emailed Booking.com customer services to request compensation / refund but have not yet received a response!

Beautifully furnished, spacious flat with outstanding views of Cardigan Bay

Overpowering smell of cigarette smoke on arrival complete with a pack of cigarette papers on the coffee table. ( advertised as a non-smoking property ) Carpet in the hallway smelt of sick so it was a quick dash to the bedrooms and plenty of time spent outside. Such a shame as is a beautiful flat offering excellent value for money. Sadly we were unable to enjoy other than bedrooms and bathrooms due to smell.

If you try to book this hotel/ apartment 90% of the time you will end up I a back street hotel call the Four seasons , this is what happened to me and my family , this 4 seasons hotel has a 1 star rated hotel , and with good reason , you initial pay for a fancy new room with 3 beds and kitchen facilities ( by Ty Belgrave ) and you will end up in a make shift bedsit ( 4 seasons ) . If you look on the rating of Four seasons ( road) , you will notice , that I and many many other have fallen in to the same trap . Avoid this hotels / apartments . I cannot make a review of the Ty Belgrave , as I was not allowed to stay there due to the owner / manager stating that it was double booked due to a story , take you pick on what that is going to be , I had the story about the Chinese not checking out . but the result is the fact you will be bitterly disappointed.

when we arrived at the hotel to check in, garbage from the old residents was left. the floors were not cleaned, the rooms were not completely cleaned.

This is a lovely property to rent, right on the sea front with spacious accommodation and a hot tub. The apartment is nicely furnished and very modern. Plenty of bathrooms for up to 6 guests and the three bedrooms are quite spacious as well.
