the location is good, lobby is impressive. we booked this place for two nights, everything went smooth unitl we entered the unit, where the pillow is yellow and dirty linen and wall, low quality matress and bed, toilet is wet... the list does on. it is not as advertised, my daughter refuse to sleep in the bed, we end up abandoning the place with one night sleep only. I have no idea how this place got high rating at the time of booking.

Smart home. The unit is clean and facility was perfect. Near to Jalan Alor. Easy process of check in. Will definately come again next time.

If I didn't check, the cleaning staff would not have given us fresh bedsheets and we would be using bedsheets used by the previous customer. Quite disgusting, if you think about it. The previous customer used sheesha in the house and we, as non- smokers had to endure the sheesha smell in all the rooms including toilet. Finally, the pillows smells.

I like the set up of the bed and the overall interior design of the apartment. The shower is also great. Overall, the apartment is great.

The tv is red. Like when we play a movie on the tv, the picture turned out red but it is not a major problem for us.

TV was not working. Big disappointment for kids. Kids straightaway rated it as worst place. Tried asking owner but he did not provide any help. There was smell in walkways. There was no soap in the toilet. There was just one bottle in showers araa, not clear of it was shampoo or a body shower. Main bed room was just built with glass partitions , it did not have any privacy. Pillows were very soft , not comfortable.

Excellent communication from the host and is very centrally located. Close to times Square the pavilion china town and the towers. Instructions were clear

The 3 bedroom apartment was very worn out. Very strong smell from both bathrooms but may be an issue with the building as a whole as could occasionally smell from the corridor. Pillows were very thin. The whole apartment needed renovation. The junior suite was better

Location is perfect The appartement was clean and well organised ! The kitchen is a plus ! 39 floor ! The access to the swimming pool, gym, roof top garden play ground easy ! The procedure for checkin easy and contains all needed information Near the building, small store serving good breakfast ! And restaurants with reasonable prices ! Staff very kind !
