Lovely quiet area, fairly close to the city centre and there is shops within walking distant to the house. Very clean apartment, the shower is amazing. 😀

Lack of mirrors for getting women getting ready putting on makeup etc could do with something bigger in one of the rooms upstairs. But not a big issue. :)

Great location, central to everything...easy to get to. House was clean and warm...host instructions were clear and sent well in advance.

the space like two living areas near to Windsor park managed to take in a game if there were anything to suggest I would say maybe a small sink upstairs as there were no water at all everything downstairs

The double bed was nice

The fold up bed wasn't very comfortable and the couch bed wasn't working. No proper duvet for thar bed. A tea pot might be good too.

House was nicely decorated with what looked like a fairly new built kitchen and bathroom extension. Clean and tidy with spacious rooms. A huge wardrobe in the main bedroom which could accommodate both bedrooms. Night life is phenomenal as you would expect, entertainment in every bar!!! Titanic Exhibition is brilliant, £21.50 per adult and worth every penny!

Property is on a quite busy with traffic street, noisy at night time. Very far out of the city centre (about 45min walk, however buses do run every 10mins on the main road) At the back of the property is a very small outside area, with no seating at all, the bins were over flowing and smelly, so to be honest you wouldn't want to sit outside with that, and also there were loads and loads of cigarette butts on the ground, which quite frankly is minging, especially to non smokers!!! There is a £35.00 cleaning fee to be paid when booking, which I thought was a bit steep, this should have used to sort out the 'yard'. The weather was nice and sunny during our stay, it would've been nice to be able to sit outside in the morning with a coffee!!! I can not fault anything else, the inside of the property is spotless and the proprietor is very communicative, responding to my messages almost straight away!

Kids loved the Amazon and Disney plus

I wasn't informed of the holding deposit and an email had t been sent about it so was unable to get into the property. It took about half an hour to get it sorted and I'm still waiting for my refund.

Unfortunately, the stay was ruined to us by the hosts.

Stay here if u want to get less than you paid for - we arrived to the property and there was no heating or hot water - we texted them and called the emergency number and no one replied. Had to spend an aweful first evening without the boiler working, it was 4 degrees that night in belfast - poor poor service. Requested late checkout - the answer was no; requested to leave the luggage for a couple more hours - the answer was no; requested a partial refund, just for the first night where we did not have what we were supposed to and guess what - the answer was no.
