We stayed from 12/08-15/08 and we had a wonderful time. The accomodation was a 1 bedroom apartment with separate livingroom and open kitchen, also with balcony, at ground floor. The rooms are very big and the kitchen fully equipped with laundry washing machine. The bed was very big but the mattress and pillows not that good. Very easy to put the beach stuff and towels in the balcony from outside, just jumping in from the alley. The wifi signal was good, no problems with hot water because there is an electric heated boiler in the bathroom. Insects nets at every window and access door to the balcony. Decent size pool for kids behind the building. We were lucky to find parking space inside the yard and the host made everything possible for us to check in early. At 10 am we were done unpacking and ready to hit the waves.

Going to the beach was like crossfit workout. We have a 3 year old kid and we carry a lot of stuff. You have to go on a long staircase to reach the beach and this can be challenging in the heat when you return. The apartment complex is on a cliff, quite high from sea level. But if you are fit or looking to get fitter, this will be a bonus.

A remark made at reception about my partner being from New Zealand. Even though they tried to justify it as a good thing it didn't make us feel good. Someone complained at reception that we were too loud on the phone, so forget about watching a movie or having a conversation as the walls and floors are paper thin. Whoever complained was above us. The toaster was not working, ironing board was broken, shower didn't drain properly. The place was dusty, windows covered in cobwebs, floor was dirty and covered in sand from the moment we walked in. Reception said if we told them they could've cleaned up etc but I'm on holiday and expect for the price to get everything in order. The bed was super uncomfortable old and hard.Everyone from outside the complex can walk into the pool area and use a sun lounger. So it was pointless paying to stay there so we can use the facilities as they were free to all. Overall we wouldn't stay there again.
