The behaviour of staff is not good and the way of talking is rude they don't try to manage with guest. The didn't provide water in the room.

I felt unwelcoming. Early check-in felt like the staff is doing unimaginable favor to me! Overpriced early check-in. They charged more than the permissible 30% of the total bill. Need to improve facilities, cleanliness, clean linen and room size must improve- at least a table and chair to sit and eat is not too much to provide!
