It was just perfect for our family group of 10 females and the space beautifully provided the capacity for social time together as well as for individuals to retreat to private areas when and as needed.

Fabulous property with the look of luxury in the town of Cessnock. Bedrooms overall large and well appointed, with comfortable beds. Outside sitting a great bonus, until the mossies arrived. Provision of milk and bread supplied, as offered.

Barely adequate cutlery, no soup spoons (we had took home prepared meals to share for the duration of our stay), a few extras required for those wanting a 'self-catering' stay. Unfortunately, kitchen scissors did not meet 'fit for purpose'. With the look of luxury, only one towel per person booked, felt like 'penny pinching'. The door to outside deck, stuck, until one of the party used what I considered excessive force, to open the door. The provided mossie repellent spray did not work, fortunately I had the forethought to take my own. In view of Covid, I expected hand towels in all hand washing places including the kitchen, as no hand towels were supplied, though plenty of brown face washes. On contacting the owner, previous residents use the white towels for hair colouring whilst on a short break!!!
