We have been going to OC for 11 years. Location was excellent! Close to what we needed. We loved the balcony and view! It was private our entire stay, which we love! The condo was very nice and clean. We brought our own pillows, (we always do), but there were plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare breakfast/lunch each day. (We ate out for dinner.) The condo fit our larger family and it worked out well! We would totally stay there again!

Liked and disliked the parking garage. It was great having a parking garage! People are driving too fast and coming around the corner as if it was a one way direction. We were driving cautiously, thankfully. Not everyone is. Not a deal breaker by any means. People need to slow down and realize it’s a 2-way direction with people and families walking around. Overall we loved our stay!

Its a beachfront property where you can view sunrise & sunset at the same time.. Its very clean & spacious.. Amenities are wonderful..

Bathrooms and laundry room were dirty

no running water on the first day; one bathroom was dirty; pool & sauna closed for the season; pool table under lock n key; cust serv did not help until 2nd dy of stay; cust serv not willing to provide even partial refund; roaches found on kitchen counter

The condo was very nice. Newly renovated by the looks of it. We were happy with it.

The High Point condos next door were putting on a new roof. It was right across from our balcony. I think someone could have put us in a different room. The resort was NOT full by any means. It was noisy! Not the peaceful vacation time we had hoped for.

it was so well stocked with everything we needed. loved the decor and the beds were comfortable

The unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped. the view was lovely. Also the double balconcies.

security was a bit abrupt and not very helpful with checking in inforrmation.
