Checking in and communication from Herman was fantastic. The unit has an inverter which was a fantastic benefit albeit it sadly falls short of the 2hour load shedding and that's just watching TV with no lights on. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer were a plus.
Not really a dislike but general feedback a clothes horse would be handy, more and bigger ice cube trays and changing the front door handle. The cleaner didn't wash the patio tiles or clean the windows. It was also a pity that beaches are closed due to e-coli and it isn't advertised when booking.

It’s closeness to the sea. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves. My husband loves Durban so it was nice to come back, especially with the kids.
We all wished there was no flats in front of us. We did appreciate the place though. It was lovely. The decor was nice too.

The place needs more activities besides the chess set left outside especially for kids and you cannot access the beach after 6pm to take a walk.

Absolutely stunning apartment with great facilities and beautiful sea views. Spotlessly clean and serviced daily. Well maintained apartment block with 24-hour reception access. Pool area is excellent as it is sheltered from the wind and large pool.

This was a self-catering apartment so breakfast is not applicable.
The bathrooms needed to be cleaner. The wardrobes are grotty and you cannot hang delicate or expensive clothes in there. Actually we didn't hang anything in there. Towels must be changed every second day, not every third day. We selected no housekeeping due to personal reasons. However, when I requested towels to be left at reception for us, this couldn't be accomodated. The picture on booking.com shows a green area of grass outside the balcony of the apartment. During our stay, this entire green area was dug up and had wheelbarrows etc on it. Looked like it was being re-done. It stayed like that for the duration of our stay-very tardy.

I loved the location it was close to the mall, restaurants, the beach, the cleanliness of the property and the pool was amazing. The place was quiet, no disturbances and the agents were really helpful and so accommodating. And it looked exactly like the pictures advertised.

This unit was amazing, I would stay there over and over again. Everything we needed was provided and when the electricity tripped the host was quick and amazing at helping us correct the problem. The pool is amazing, my kids just wanted to keep swimming. The complex has elevators which makes everything so convenient. You wont be disappointed here!

The service rendered by 307 Bermudas host and staff was excellent. Perfect location, felt like home away from home!!! And what you see is what you get. The unit is just as shown and very clean as well. Thank you Herman.
