Spectacular views. Good host. Homely feel. Clean, neat, warm and beautiful space.

Toni was a kind, generous and helpful host. The apartment is private and immaculately clean. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches provided. It was a bit out of downtown Queenstown, which was a plus as it's pretty crowded and busy down there.

Nice location, convenient to the town centre and provided a good space. A good breakfast was also included. Toni is very nice, approachable and helped with my laundry too.

Nothing to dislike but the roads leading to the property are a bit scary. That's the nature of hilly terrain in Queenstown!

Location is further from Queenstown (which we knew) so just be wary if heading into town for the night.

The welcome was very warm and friendly. Overall, the room is very large, so that there is still space even with a lot of luggage. Since you use the family kitchen, it is of course very well equipped. The breakfast was also very good. The accommodation and especially our room and bathroom were very clean. We liked the location because it is an easy walk to the jet boat and a brewery. In addition, it is only a 15 minute drive to Queenstown and Arrowtown.

Toni's place makes you feel home away from home. It has everything you need and more. The place was nice and clean. Toni was very accommodating and making sure you are fine and if you need anything else. She was also a photographer, and I could ask where are some good places to shoot as I love to take photos too and she was very helpful with that 😊 thank you! It is not far to the main Queenstown central but yet quiet. Around 9 mins drive to central, 10 mins drive to coronet peak and just 5 mins walk to the jet boat area. Well worth it if you haven't done it. Overall really happy with the stay, highly recommended and would definitely come back again.

Nothing much. The only thing I will say is if you are not a confident driver up narrow hill but I'm so it didn't bother me
