No breakfast , no tea coffee or kettle in the room , no light on the Hallway throughout my stay , you have to put on your phone light to see on the hallway

The bed ,pillows are very uncomfortable, no tea coffee or kettle in the room , the hotel was noisy , the receptionist came to open the door on me while I was half naked to tell me that am noisy on the phone , most times there is no one at the reception during the day , my stay there was miserable I will NEVER recommend it to any one and will never go back there

uncomfortable bed, no sound isolation at all! not clean enough: we stayed 5 nights, and the room was hardly mopped once during our stay. it was rather dusty, I got eye inflammation because of it. old towels — but changed regularly the bathroom was cleaned too

Dirty rooms:(

Room was dirty, it was very loud and noisy. But thats wasn’t even the bad thing. 600 euros have been stolen from my backpack while we were out in the city!

The location is good and convenient, the place is very noisy.

I tried to put up a good face and be polite despite all the inconveniences. *The staff is extremely unfriendly, unsupportive, distant, indifferent and cold. They don't seem to care about their clients. *The elevator was broken and was never fixed. I traveled with my aunt who has a heart condition and it was very hard and complicated for her, I was in constant fear and preoccupation for her. They gave us a room on the second floor with four flight of stairs, but they never proposed anything. *The room was only cleaned twice in eight days. There's no phone in the room for a case of need or emergency. *When I arrived and before paying from Sat. 08/22-- Sat 15/22 as originally agreed I told the staff that I would be in Luxembourg on Monday 10/22 and coming back Tuesday 11/22, I asked if they could let me stay until Sunday 16/22 instead because my flight back home was that day and that I would leave the room available for anyone. The staff said we could work it out but I was charged the full amount and never received an answer. They charged for the day I was in Luxemburg and gave me no choice to stay, on the contrary they told me I couldn't, so I had to rent another room for Saturday night. I think they place has potential and that they can do a better business if they show some kindness, concern, support, some interest in the people they serve. It's hard to communicate with people who don't show any empathy.

Only a few minutes walk to metro and tram was convenient. The bed was comfortable. New towels every few days. I needed a nice place to stay, and this hotel did the job.

The booking included the tag "Soundproofing", however, the room was not soundproof at all, I could clearly hear when the neighbors were talking, showering, closing their door, etc. Also some receptionists of this hotel do not talk english, so this can be challenging or frustrating (or fun, depending on you).

After we arrived we were told that there will be no breakfast... No refund for that, nothing. In the rooms, there wasn't even kettle for prepare coffee in the morning. Between the rooms, there are only very thin walls, so I know everything what is going in rooms around me.

I did not like anything about this hotel. I cancelled my reservation, but have still been charged for the full stay. They staff have not replied to my messages. I will update this review with a more favourable comment in the event I receive a refund. If you are reading this if you able to read this comment, it means that they have not refunded me/
