Sauberes gut ausgestattetes Zimmmer.
Wir haben den Wäscheservice in Anspruch genommen, aber leider waren einige Kleidungsstücke danach noch feucht.

Absolutely THE BEST!!! Room #1 has view of Arenal Volcano. Sebastian greeted me upon arrival, took my luggage up the stairs to room #1, and suggested that I take a moment to relax after my 4-hour shuttle ride to this location. Afterwards, Sebastian stopped back by to see all I may be interested in during my stay, then he made arrangements for me to take a tour the very next day. Upon leaving the last day, Sebastian arranged for shuttle to the airport.
My apartment room was so clean, I felt guilty about walking through there with shoes on. I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen, and the cookware were quality material. This place is within 3 minutes walking distance to the market and panderia! Nice peaceful neighborhood. I loved it here, and am looking forward to coming back!!!
On my next visit, I would like to have a mixer/blender (I like making smoothies/batida).

Well equipped apartment with a nice outdoor area. Loved being able to do our washing at no extra cost.
The bedroom we stayed in didn’t have any windows so it was a bit dark and had to have the AC on when in.

It was nice to have a whole apartment to myself at very good value. Jon, the host, was very responsive and helpful, especially in providing me with a lamp. The accommodation is in a safe, residential area and there is a Pali supermarket nearby.
The apartment is quite dark and stuffy (though a fan is provided). The kitchen could be better stocked. The location is about a 20-minute walk out of town.

Nice and quiet place. Walking distance to downtown. It is a large room with kitchen and bathroom, however, the water is not really hot, but okay. There is also a washing machine. Landlord and his brother are really nice and helpful. I can highly recommend this accommodation 😊

Ens vam allotjar a la habitació 1. Una relació qualitat-preu immillorable, a prop del centre de la Fortuna a peu, però amb més tranquilitat. I molt net! Té smart TV!
La noia que ens va atendre és super amable. El propietari va resoldre bé un petit problema a la habitació.

El apartamento es amplio (3 camas cómodas). Por lo cual es fácil moverse dentro del lugar. Cuenta con cocina completa y baño grande. Tienes cerca supermercado grande completo y muy cerca de la vía central de La Fortuna.
Es mejor coordinar la hora de llegada para que haya alguien a recibirte. Subir las gradas puede ser algo incómodo si vas con maletas grandes.

The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. The air-con and hot showers are a real bonus for such a reasonable price, and it was nice to have a kitchen available at all times. Dogs do bark in the area, but that’s unavoidable. We found it was pretty quiet overall. I would highly recommend staying here!
It is a little walk from the centre. There are other hostels much closer to the main action.
The kitchen could be better stocked (a kettle, bowls, sharp knives etc).
We only saw the owners to check in and out, for less than 5 mins each time, so there was never anyone around to ask about day trips or recommendations.

The only real problem was the stairs, getting in and out of the room was a little dangerous one family member fall and another hit her head because the ceiling is tóo low in the stairs area

A short walk from the centre, the place is well signposted, and was very near a supermarket which doubled as a great pickup point for tours etc. Really cosy little apartment, terrific value for money in an otherwise pricey town. Clean and with air con and WiFi, secure and mainly quiet (just a few dogs barking from time to time). Great view of the volcano from the window and nice kitchen for making your own food and saving some money!
Kitchen needs a few things to make it work properly eg mugs, draining board, bowls, tea towels. In the whole 8 days of our stay, the kitchen and bathroom bins were not emptied or changed once, yet no fresh bags or instructions were left for us. Also we had the same 2 towels for 8 nights. Strange smell in bathroom, not too strong but still a bit off. The dogs barking in the evenings are not something the owner can change, but could be annoying for light sleepers.

A lovely and modern space that was a really good size for the price. The sleeping area, kitchen area and bathroom were all large, bright and clean.
There was a bad smell coming from the shower drain which meant we had to leave the bathroom light/extractor on a lot of the time to manage the smell.
The kitchen was a bit lacking in equipment such as a draining rack for the dishes, chopping board and bowls, which would have made our lives a lot easier.

It's a lovely apartment just outside of the city center. It takes you around 15-20 mins walk to get to city center . It's located right next to a shop. The beds are big double beds and super comfortable!! Very spacious rooms amd big porch with benches to chill out on.
There could have been a kettle :) we like to drink tea and it takes a while to heat up water in a saucepan 😂

SUPER loud dogs from the neighbors that will bark until 10-11pm at night and then start again at sunrise around 6am. Bathroom smelled awful and it might have been because there's an open pipe releasing the smell of sewage? We used the kitchen sink to avoid using the bathroom, it was that bad. No hot water, only lukewarm at best. They initially gave us the wrong room because of the number of people we had in our party, even though we specifically chose a room with an extra bed so we didn't have to share. Luckily they had the room open so they were able to switch us to the room we paid for.

we had a great time in the apartment , was really spacious with a great kitchen and bathroom. all very clean. it is a 10 minute walk into town with a market and a pandaria only 1 minute away.
