Excellent personality

Me hicieron esperar mas de una hora afuera, no tenian las 2 camas disponibles solo una, al no solucionar el problema me pidieron que me fuera, no me devolvieron mi dinero, una completa estafa... No me quede una sola noche.

Après nous avoir fait attendre dehors pendant 1 heure, nous apprenons qu’ils n’ont plus de lits disponibles (j’avais réservé pour 2 personnes) on nous a proposé de nous reloger ailleurs mais avec un déplacement à nos frais ce que j’ai refusé, la concierge nous a donc ensuite inviter à nous en aller

I never made it. I read the reviews after I paid. My mistake. I messaged them nothing. I knew this place was shady. No pics. Fake pics. Customer service non existent. I'll be writing booking . Com as well about removing this listing. Don't book!

Nothing, it was a nightmare of an experience.

Before you read this, please understand that this review is for the accomodation, NOT for Booking.com. In fact after I complained, Booking.com issued me a full refund for the remaining 28 days I originally booked. Anyway, DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION, PLEASE!!! The manager in charge of this accomodation seriously ought to be ashamed of himself. I have pictures of the horrible conditions this accomodation is in (see below). As you can see I only took pictures of the room itself, as the room where guests are staying and sleeping in is one of the most important aspects of any stay I feel. So obviously the pictures don't match what is intended to be shown in the description below, but still take a look! I show in the pictures not only the messy and smelly room, but also the dirty pillow, the rusty locker, and the makeshift chair they had to get to the top bunk bed. The lobby, kitchen, living-room, bathroom and the outside area were in better shape, but still, guests should also be able to enjoy A CLEAN, TIDY AND SAFE ROOM. The pillows and linens for the bed were filthy, and the locker was dirty and rusty, as you can see. THIS IS THE WORST DUMP I HAVE EVER BOOKED. THE PICTURES ADVERTIZED ARE NOTHING LIKE THE REALITY I FOUND AT THE PROPERTY!! ALSO, THIS PLACE IS IN AN UNSAFE AND RUNDOWN NEIGHBORHOOD. The manager running this accomodation just WANTS TO COLLECT TRAVELERS' MONEY BY MISLEADING THEM WITH NICE PICTURES SHOWING A CLEAN, NEAT PLACE WHEN NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!! This manager even told me on the phone when I complained that given that this place caters to young travelers, that that somehow excuses the horrible conditions I was describing to him that I experienced!! UNBELIEVABLE. Not only that, but the accomodation is also unsafe. Because there was no lower level bed available, I had to take a bed that was on top. THERE WAS NOT EVEN A LADDER TO CLIMB TO MY BED, ONLY A SMALL WOBBLY CHAIR!! I ALMOST FELL GETTING TO MY BED.

The location was right where I wanted it and there was no breakfast included unless you brought your own but there was a full kitchen that you could utilize with all of the dishware included

Although they were bunk beds it seemed that the top bunk was a little low when you're sitting on the bottom bunk but that's a given I guess

Location was ok.

12 beds booked in two rooms. One bathroom didn't work. The guy running the place didn't pay the water bill so the utility dept turned off the water. We had one toilet and one shower for 12 people.

Na chegada fui informado que não estava recebendo mais hóspedes, mostrei o comprovante e fui aceito. Vejo nos comentários que esse tipo de caso se repete.

Recepção, mas depois foi tudo bem.
