The property was very clean and have everything we needed. There was a welcome pack of washing up liquid, dishwasher & washing capsules, which was a nice touch and as a suggestion maybe add some kitchen roll. There was only 3 sun loungers when we arrived with was disappointing but the host delivered one the next day. If I am being picky a bluetooth speaker would be a nice addition to use when you are sitting outside. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There needed to be more mirrors in the bedrooms as only one of the rooms had a mirror in the bedroom area. Granted there was mirrors in the bathrooms but the main bedroom area could have benefitted with a mirror, especially with a villa full of girls. The annexe was spacious with 2 additional bedrooms. As a recommendation it would be nice with a kitchenette in the annexe, even if this was a mini fridge with a kettle to make a tea & coffee. The pool was heated and although felt a little cold was perfect once you were in it. The hosts were amazing and always on hand when we needed them. Thomas even checked in with us a few days into our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

The only thing was there was no safe in the rooms, which we think should be a necessity. There was nothing to dislike about the villa. it's a shame the annexe is not on the same level as the villa but it was not a problem for us as we were 4 adults but if you had more than 2 young children this would be an issue for a family.

amazing villa. booked two villas next to each other and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. the villas made our stay in Lanzarote amazing and would definitely recommend.

The villa is lovely, clean and spacious. We stayed as two families so plenty bathrooms. The pool is fab and heated in February. The location was great for us. We love to walk so nice 20 min walk to beach (taxis back are cheap) and it's right next the Roja volcano, excellent for walking/running.

The villa could do with some plants/flowers to bring colour to all the whiteness. If you like shallow pillows, us the cushions or bring your own.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, it's a new build so very fresh and it's VERY VERY clean. Thomas and the lady who cleans the villa (I can't remember her name) They are both soo lovely and they look after the villas soo well. The location is perfect, easy to get cabs, bus stop down the road, a very basic supermarket around the corner, a beautiful hiking trail. The view is absolutely stunning, the pool is great. If we were to ever come back to Lanzarote we would stay at this villa EVERYTIME.

As a small touch they should leave maybe a few tea bags, milk, Salt and Pepper and a large bottle of water to get you started. They also don't have any cleaning products in the house which definitely needs to be reconsidered, a bottle of disinfectant would have been a great help. This villa is set in Playa Blanca so you are away from the excursions we are normally a very active group but we decided to relax on this holiday however if you plan on doing the excursions then definitely rent a car. Taxi to the other side of the island would most likely cost you 70/100€ one way. However taxis into the city of Playa Blanca are between 7/10 euros.

Spacious modern villa with ample terrace space and private villa. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave and normal oven, fridge and freezer. great views towards mountains and sea, quite private terrace not overlooked by other properties

The address is very confusing for taxi drivers and take away delivery scooters. Calle Japón apparently has a street A, B, C and D and the Spanish operators could not distinguish my accented B from a D even if saying DELTA.

Nothing to not like. It's worth hiring a car for this location as most destinations are a little far. The nearest beach and shops are approximately 20-30 minutes walk. However, it's worth hiring a car in Lanzarote in general as many destinations are quite far apart and it's very easy to drive on this island.

Was absolutely beautiful, view was amazing, was bigger than we even expected. Easily accommodates 8 guests. They even brought over extra sun loungers for us.

Pool was not heated. They didn’t provide extra toilet roll. Location is a bit out the way but taxis were easy enough to get.

Amazing Apartments, Pool was brilliant

Unfortunately there is still building work going on around the area. Which was the only fault but nothing to do with the apartment or the service

Almost brand new building, with new furniture etc. Gorgeous villa with lovely kitchen fully equipped. Fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Coffee makers - choice of modern or traditional. Clean and modern bathrooms, nice bedrooms with plenty of storage. Large screen TV with Netflix and many other options. WiFi Free. Beautiful location with amazing views of volcanos and the Ocean. Great patio and lovely pool. Towels and garden furniture provided. Lockable front gate for additional peace of mind. Secure parking on site.

Neighbours don't honour 11pm quiet time

could do with more shelves in oven as the place sleeps 10 we were 7 and had to cook in 2 sittings as only 1 shelf

A welcome pack would be very handy with some basics for food obviously charged extra, it would be nice to have some milk. coffee and bottled water maybe a few pastries so you don’t have to immediately find a shop after 12 hours of travelling.

Struggled to get taxis in a number of occasions and too far to walk for less mobile family members. Some drivers didn’t appear to know the address

Very modern, air con great, and the view is amazing of the mountains.

I am in a wheelchair so alittle tricky at times but thats nobody's fault at villa.
