Great size and great location. Super clean and had everything we needed. Loved it. And the under floor heating was divine! And the views were amazing! I loved waking up every day to that view! And we were lucky enough to have snow. So we were snuggled up by the fire watching the snow fall against the mountains! Seriously I can’t say just how amazing it was.

We needed to wash our clothes and we couldn’t work out drying function as the machine was a mixed wash / dry. Just a seperate dryer would have been great! So we had clothes hung all over the house at one stage. Slightly larger beds in the mains would have been great also as I’m used to a king! But we survived!

Amazing views. Large, comfortable & enough space for a large group. Little extras like pantry staples (eg cooking oils, spices etc) to be able to dine in were fabulous. Bedding comfortable, beautiful body products in showers to use. Close to bus stop to be able to use public transport to Queenstown (nb from bus stop to house is a steep hill but we were able to manage ok). Relaxaway staff always replied to enquires & great to deal with.

It was a beautiful house, clean, spacious and amazing views.

perfectly appointed family accommodation, great location to access ski fields, lake and town.plenty of space to dry and store ski gear. do need own transport though as is not really walking distance from shops. hot tub perfect. if we were ever in Queenstown again this would be our accommodation of choice.

It's almost in the center of Queenstown and the location/view is amazing.

Stove was not working properly while you got plenty of electric kitchen appliances to make it up.

Stove and the dryer part of the washing and drying machine sucks. Bedding was not working for us.
