The apartment is fantastic with an excellent kitchen and living room. The proximity to the old town and train station was also great. We got there at 1 AM because of a delayed train and the owner let us in without any issues. There is onsite parking which was also a huge bonus. There is a bakery across the street. The neighborhood itself was safe. The street that the apartment was on was not my favorite but with all the other pros of this location and apartment not an issue at all.

The apartment was a good base for exploring Munich. It was very close for tour pick up spots by the main train station. The apartment was clean and good for a family.

Property was as described. Moving around the beds and closet area was tight. Bathrooms were clean and had big showers that worked great! No AC but they had a fan in each room and we kept windows open without noise problem. Walkable to the market, HBH and places you want to visit. Restaurants and a quick shop right on street.

The apt is located in a good central area near the train station. It was easy to catch the metro and trains from here by walking.
The beds were comfortable. The linens were soft. The bathrooms were great, all four of us had hot showers daily.
The kitchen is small and we only made use of the fridge but it has oven, stove, freezer, etc so it is definitely possible to cook whole meals.
It's in a part of town filled with middle eastern restaurants. But German food is a short walk of just 2 blocks away if you want German food while in Munich.
The bedrooms face a courtyard so we could have windows open at night and it was still quiet enough to sleep. The living room overlooks a busy street that is loud until about 3am but we couldn't hear it once we closed the windows.
The only thing that didn't work well for us was the coffee maker. It takes pods but it seemed to be clogged and barely dispensed coffee (at a very slow drip).
Great sitting area for family game nights. We were a family of four.
Overall this place was spacious and comfortable and I would recommend it!!

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Only a few blocks from Central station and everything you’d want to see in Munich. Beds were large and very comfortable. Manager was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean and nicely appointed. A bit of a walk to Marienplatz, but not bad. As others have mentioned, check in was a bit challenging. Unable to find street parking for several minutes. Coordinated through the app to park in the apartment car park for €30. Once checked in, worked out fine. Bakery across the street was great for morning coffee and pastry.

The unit and location were great, we'd stay again. The only challenge that we had was at check-in. It wasn't clear how to access the property, where to park or who could help. We had to call the number listed multiple times before the property manager let us into the unit. That's a simple fix; everything else was great.

We enjoyed our stay here. The living room is very comfortable and the big screen TV is new. There was a relatively large dining room table. The bedrooms were adequately sized and the beds were comfortable. There was a bathroom with each room. All rooms are well lit.
The place is very quiet despite all the activity on the street below during the day. The only hiccup was check in. It wasn’t clear to us for the instructions that we had to call Ali to gain access.

The ad represents well what we found. We stayed for 16 days and everything was very smooth. The caretaker of the apartment (Mr Ali) lives in the same building and he was always very helpful and nice.

The location was within walking distance of the center of town. The property was neat and clean. The on-site superintendent was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone and would stay there again.

We are stayed 3 nights in this lovely, modern apartment. Munich is a very walkable city and the apartment was centrally located to the many popular venues. The apartment manager was very responsive by email when we had questions. The only recommendation I have is that it would have been helpful to have written directions to some of the equipment such as the washing machine, heating units and the like.

Stayed here during Oktoberfest with a toddler. The apartment was very clean and modern. Pack n’ play was available. We were pleasantly surprised when we found a washer in the unit. No dryer but there was a garment drying rack. I wasn’t pleased with the communication beforehand but everything worked out. I wish there was a contactless check-in option. We arrived very late and I was nervous the person who had to let us in may not be awake. If you’re traveling from the US, be sure you have an international phone plan or buy an e-SIM card since you have to call someone to let you inside. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful property. Clean and just as described. Excellent facilities incl. washing machine but we did not need this for our 2 night stay. Well suited to longer stays with generous living room and full kitchen with elevator for getting luggage. Will stay there again next time we come to Munich. Excellent host and good communication.

My family and I just stayed here while visiting Munich. The location is very close to old town and an easy walk. The apartment itself is very spacious, spotless and has everything you need. The check-in and check out process was extremely easy. The only thing to note would be you are staying downtown near bars and restaurants so in the evening it can be a little noisy with the windows open. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

Owner uses Person in building to help w/check-in/out & other issues. Unit 1 flight up from Lobby ( plus stairs from street to Lobby )-so must be able to handle stairs.
Elevator didn't work. No Instructions for anything ( TV, Microwave, Coffee maker, heating/air, etc. ) anywhere to be found-had to call "friend" for all questions...who did answer and come. Also busy street and our Driver had hard time double parking waiting for "friend" to come to get us in...building in Middle Eastern neighborhood so many restaurants/coffee houses/bakeries ( most not open on Sunday ); Highlight =
Location was near ( walking distance ) to Octoberfest fairgrounds...Written Instructions ( in English & German )

LR TV had Netflix ( only channel in English/no CNN or BBC )-
Double bedrooms with ensuites make for excellent set up for
two couples. Would stay again if in Munich.

We had an amazing experience in Munich and would highly recommend this location. Our rental was exactly as we had expected. So close to Munchen Hbf and Marienplatz. Very easy to get around. Check-in / check-out was without incident. Any questions we had pre-travel or during our stay were answered / attended to promptly. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
