A Perfect Home Away from Home Our family recently had the most memorable Easter gathering at the Broadway in Rogers. We were thrilled to visit our daughter, who resides in Rogers, and were joined by our son and his family from north Central Arkansas, as well as our daughter and her family all the way from Minnesota. From the moment we stepped into the Broadway, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house was immaculately clean, and we immediately felt at ease and comfortable. The spacious and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample space for our entire family, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The Broadway served as the perfect home away from home for our family. The attention to detail in the house's design and furnishings was evident in every corner. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories with our loved ones. One aspect that particularly stood out to us was the excellent price we received for such a remarkable accommodation. The affordability of the Broadway made our Easter gathering even more special, as we were able to fully enjoy our time together without any financial worries. Nice and clean, large rooms, quality linens, overall nice stay. Cons: Communication hot and cold, sometimes good, sometimes days for response. Originally told early check in available, then day of arrival that changed. Left something at property and was never able nail down getting it back. Gave up after a few messages. Still, overall nice location, nice neighborhood and really nice home.

Stayed here with extended family while visiting family who live near Rogers. Very nice place, I liked the nice furniture and high ceilings. The number and variety of beds was just what we needed so we could all stay in the same rental together. It was conveniently close to an assortment of stores, restaurants, and museums. We had an issue with the internet during our stay, and the owner was quick to respond to texts and help us get it fixed. I would absolutely stay again!

This home is an awesome place to stay in! The beds are all unbelievably luxurious/comfortable, the house is extremely clean, it’s much more spacious than it appears in the online photos, and the host had the entire home at 70 F when we arrived on a hot/humid 95 F day. We’ve stayed in many rental properties over the past twenty years and this one was one of the best in terms of comfort, convenience, and value.

What a wonderful surprise walking into this beautiful clean contemporary rental home away from home.. We found all the rooms to be spacious and beautifully decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences, linens, housewares and personal care items of home, The beds were very comfortable and the outside patio provided our family a wonderful place for late night conversations . The neighborhood was quite yet conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls. From the beginning of my search for a rental home, Jacob was extremely personable, attentive knowledgable and quick to respond to all my questions which made me very comfortable with my decision to rent this home from Jacob. Ouf family was quite satisfied with our stay and we highly recommend this home as a wonderful place to stay. Thank you Jacob.

Great experience! Jacob was easy to communicate with and prompt in his replies. The place was very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Easy access to I-49. We had 7 guests, but the place could accommodate 9 or 10 (only 2 showers though). We highly recommend!

We rented this property while my dad was unexpectedly in the hospital. Our family was able to stay together during a rough time in a house that was comfortable and inviting. We all appreciated the accommodations tremendously.

The house was a wonderful place to meet up with family! Walmart was just around the corner as well as many different places to grab a bite to eat. The house is very clean and comfortable with a homey feeling. We cooked many meals, including using the grill! Will stay defintely stay again!!

I'm afraid of sounding too glowing in this review, but this place was PERFECT. Yes, the location was great, on a quiet, safe street in a new subdivision, and yes, the floorplan is spacious and convenient, but let's give credit where credit is due. The management of the property is simply the best I've ever seen. They have perfected the B&B experience. Everything you need on the premises has already been placed there for you, yet without any semblance of clutter or extra items you don't want to have to take care of. The temperature controls, the smart television and WiFi, the super convenient check in and check out process, the touchscreen restaurant guide, the luxurious beds - just outstanding. But most of all, I have to praise the manager/owner Jacob. Wow! So responsive and helpful, anytime we needed to reach out. Yeah, I simply cannot say enough good things about this property and its proprietor. You've got our return business anytime we are in town. Thank you!

This home was beautiful and the comfort of the beds was amazing. We had a couple of small glitches but as soon as the host was contacted it was immediately handled. Our group of 8 highly recommend this home. See you next year Rogers!

Very nice property and the owners treated me like family

Everything was great, bed comfortable and Everything was clean!

We were in Bentonville for a big wedding and needed a house that was spacious, clean, quiet and centrally located. It was all that in a lovely neighbor hood. Also we’ll stocked tho we only cooked a quick breakfast. Jacob is a responsive host and made our stay perfect.

Clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the pictures showed a fireplace with a nice fire in it. When we got there, instructions said we couldn’t use the fireplace. That was the main reason I selected this property. Disappointed. But, beds were comfortable and game room is nice. Bathrooms are all roomy and nice. House does sit right beside a main road so noisy during the day and early in the morning but fairly quiet at night. Would recommend.
