Big and spacious king size bed, bathroom and kitchen area with MW and fridge. Location is walkable to Gondola and into town for restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location to the gondola, restaurants and shopping was so convenient. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The response time with any questions is very quick. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The keyless entry system was problematic. While there was a television you can only stream content from your phone/device using your own account. There should be some tea in addition to the coffee provided as not everyone drinks coffee

Room was clean and property was very well maintained. Gave 4 stars because access to room is difficult and even locking the door was a pain.

Very nice studio apartment like room that is very clean and tidy. Staff goes above and beyond to offer you the best comfort and stay for your visit. Full service and they even give you extra towels without asking! The room I stayed in was cheaper than staying in a room in the casino, love that smoking in the rooms is not allowed!

We really enjoyed this room for our quick stay in South Lake Tahoe. The location was perfect. The room was clean & comfy. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to leave a good review for this place. You will not be disappointed!

WOW, what a wonderful room I was able to stay in last night!! The bedding was so "comfy", the double sinks in the bathroom were terrific and all the amenities were perfect....the kitchenette was ideal for storing food in the refigerator and freezer along with the mircrowave. BTW, the customer service was so helpful when I needed instructions on the air conditiong. They were responsive within minutes of my text. I look forward to returning here for a week next Summer.

Very good location

I stayed here for one night & I have no complaints! The email I received prior to arrival had all the instructions & information needed for my stay. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures online. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of pillows & extra blankets. I will definitely book again for a future visit to Lake Tahoe.

Such a great and convenient place to stay. There was enough room for our little pup as well and everything needed was provided (towels, shampoo, conditioner, napkins, etc). We arrived during a blizzard and the great thing was, there were shovels in the corner of the building so we could shovel the snow for our cars. The only thing was the wooden floors were pretty dirty and had to keep our socks/shoes on. Not sure if they sweep the floors but would stay again and bring house shoes.

The location was perfect and the unit itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. The property just needs fully bear-proof dumpsters to keep our bear friends safe.

Very good

Not a single unit but part of a lodge. We had the corner unit which worked well for our needs. Pets are accepted but host didn't leave much in the way of accommodations for dogs and charged extra for additional blanket cleaning fees. No art or decorations and not too cozy, but definitely worked and is in a very convenient spot.

Love the walking distance to Heavenly Ski resort. I just wished there are more lights in our room. The heater occasionally made popping sounds which was very annoying at night but we turned the white noise machine on so it helps a bit. Also we're shoes free people when we're indoor and that's when we noticed how dirty the floor was. Other than than, everything else was great! We wouldn't mind staying here again. Thank you!

Arrived in lake Tahoe to find a nicely remodeled end unit that was super neat and clean. Bathroom shower was phenomenal. Heating and air conditioning completely upgraded to the newer micro type heat exchanger unit. Wife and I had a great little getaway weekend enjoyed it tremendously. We will stay in this unit again come spring and summer.

Zip rent was very responsive when needed and always made sure that the trip was going smoothly. The room was clean and cozy. Would recommend.

This place was nice and clean. It was exactly how it’s shown in the pictures. The place was updated and conveniently located near restaurants and casinos. We will definitely book here again.

Fabulous stay, can’t recommend enough!

This room was very spacious and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette with dishes and microwave was very convenient. It appears like it was remodeled in the recent past with a great size shower and bathroom in general. The location is about 7-8 minutes walk from the main strip of restaurants and shops and also about the same walk from the beach. The room does NOT come with a beach pass, so you might not have access during busy days.

My partner and I visited Lake Tahoe for a long weekend. We were out and about hiking, hanging at the lake, or paddle boarding for most of the days. The chalet was the perfect little spot to come back, rest, and regroup. It was SO clean and the ambiance was comfy, homey, yet still felt like a vacation spot. The location is great - it's really easy to get wherever you need to go from the chalet. Parking was easy and we felt safe! While you're there, eat at Super Tacos right across the road!

It's a very short walk to the heavenly village, which is a huge plus. A coffee joint is almost next door Cons: The first night, heat was not working at all. The unit kept blowing cold air which made me loose a lot of sleep and uncomfortable stay. The heat was fixed the next day after contacting zip rent. I appreciated the quick response. I would just make sure heat is working if I stayed again..and that would probably be the first thing I check as the unit can get cold bc it doesn't get a lot of sun

The room was clean and a delight to walk into. The bathroom and shower were spacious. Tons of counter space. The air conditioner was a bit tricky but after tracking down a cleaning lady, she gladly helped out. Took her about 10 minutes to figure it out but nevertheless, it started working. My only complaint is that the parking says there are 12 parking spots, 1 for each unit. However, when I got there, there were no parking spots available. The parking spots should be marked so that another unit with 2 cars in their party doesn't take yours. Other than that, great location, so close to so many restaurants and shops. Will stay again for sure!

Good times and stay

I just wanted to spurge, a 3 day get away. Unfortunately, the moment I arrived on property, disappointment prevailed. Upon parking, an unknown/unidentified dude in a black truck, rolled down his window and beckoned me to exit vehicle in order to hear him. "Hey, don't park here"... he assumed I wasn't a guest, asked me why I was there, and said no parking. What? I said, I'm a guest. "What's your name" he asks w/o identifying himself. . He states as he drives off, "guests check in isn't until 4PM"...it is now 3:30PM, uhmm. How rude of my apparent host.The complicated electronic door looks @ "check in" aren't working, follow the instructions. THERE IS NO # button. There is however a little lock icon that does nothing, except if one is exiting, NOT entering. I'm unable to access the property, the helpful cleaning crew women assisted me at that point. Success! But the room is dark as night (one small window, covered by blind) and the light switch didn't work. As the lady resolved that, upon retrieving luggage, again, complicated door lock delays re-entry. At this point I, justifiably so, murmured an un offensive expletive in releasing some frustration. Maid heard me, that's life! Shouldn't be the basis for a 3rd party allegation, unwarranted negativity from an aggressive host. Next morning I was texted to ask if a HVAC guy could access my room, I agreed. Upon return to the room, a conversation ensued with two workmen, turns out the HVAC guy didn't want or need access that day. The contact phone for assistance was incorrect, it was a cab co. I received a random text from an 'Ivan', no identifier, asking if I could be contacted...I assume to be berated for something because of my brown skin. Workmen were pounding away until after 6PM Saturday AND 6:30PM Sunday, Incidentally, no mention of construction that I saw. The unit is converted motel, NOT comparable to similarly priced condominiums with full kitchens, which this motel room did not have. It is nicely appointed, who
