The location is great! Very close to Mission Point and only 10-15 to some wineries there. Very close to downtown and all it has to offer! There is a Starbucks a few blocks away and a grocery store pretty close by also. Very short drive maybe a mile or so away. The rental was clean and very nice. Accurate with the listing features. They did have a few K-Cups for coffee to get you started. The plants that were there had seen better days but it might have to do with if people are there renting or not? It didn’t bother us at all. The fire alarms are very sensitive! Which is probably a good thing though! I was cooking some hash browns for breakfast and it set off the alarm 2 times! It definitely woke our group up as we were sitting around talking about our plans. But like I said it’s probably a good thing it went off! I read other updates about the road noise and that didn’t seem to bother our group at night? It really wasn’t bad and I only heard some as I was waking up in the morning. My only thing was that at 4pm there were like 10 vehicles all trying to get into the small parking area all at the same time!!!!! But we worked through it and was able to get in and get unpacked. That really was the only thing that was somewhat frustrating! It was also raining both nights so we weren’t able to sit and enjoy it. Great communication with the management group! Very speedy with replies to our questions. I would definitely return and rent here again.

The places was perfect for the 5 of us for the weekend. It was clean and the check in was easy.

Location is good, and friendly for pets. The only issue with our room was the keyless entry. It was difficult to use and the code was sent too early. It should be sent the day before your stay.

The property was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Our group had four adults and the condo had plenty of space for us. The roof top deck is the highlight of the property. We had coffee in the morning and drinks at night up there. Plenty of space on the deck even with other guests enjoying it as well. Other renters left reviews stating an issue with noise from the busy road but it didn't bother us even for sleeping. My only issue was that we were denied early access to the property and I only asked for 45 minutes early. This is the first time I've been denied an early check in and I have rented at many locations. Not a big deal but thought it wasn't a giant request and should have been accommodated.

Great location! Blocks from downtown Traverse City. Great rooftop access with beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Very clean and organized unit with all the amenities you need to feel at home. It was only a 17 minute drive to The Great Lake Equestrian Center as well. We will be back!

We could hear the people upstairs walking and running around. This would varry on past midnight so it was pretty disruptive. The parking lost is tight! It wasnt sized for renters have traveling sized vehicles so make sure your maneuverability skills are on point. For us, it was a great location between downtown and where we golfed at Grand Traverse. We extended our stay an extra day and I was charged more than what I was emailed. When I contacted them, After many back and forth emails, I was told the total didnt include fees however their email clearly states "Total payment (including fees and taxes):" yet the charged my card fees that weren't part of the total. Pretty disappointing. Showerheads could use to be decalcified and a new shower curtain liner in the master shower as there was dirty spots throughout as well as rust on the eyelets from being on there so long.

Host made check in and check out very easy. Home was very clean. Parking was convenient. We would definitely go back. Host very responsive as well.

The condo was clean, comfortable, convenient and secure. It was absolutely perfect for four teachers celebrating the end of the school year. We had plenty of room to hang out and relax after our days of exploring. The two bathrooms were especially nice! I would highly recommend this property.

Cute, clean condo, close to downtown

I received the perfect amount of communication from host with clear instructions. It was an easy check in process, everything was clean, all amenities are thought of. The beds were extremely comfortable, including pillows. I highly recommend utilizing the Stocked feature. I placed my order and my groceries and essentials were already stocked in the refrigerator prior to my arrival. Great central location in town and having a dedicated parking space was convenient. The carefree check out process was amazing!! Definitely recommend a stay here and will be booking again! 100% satisfied

This was a great place to stay for weekend. It was very clean and quite. Did not seem like many people there over Easter holiday so that may have helped. Fully stock including laundry detergent. Owners are communicating well. Thank you

It’s a nice place but it’s quite nosey all the time from people having conversations in the hallways, upstairs walking around, doors slamming and constant clicking sounds. They do provide ear plugs but we couldn’t sleep with them in nor were we prepared to. If you’re a heavy sleeper this wouldn’t be bad or maybe it’s when we booked our trip. But other than that it’s a small cute place

Condo is as listed. Clean and supplied with essentials. Good location! Walking distance to downtown and Bryant park- which has a great beach and playground! And the only Starbucks in town too! My family of 5 was quite comfortable in this unit and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a very convenient spot to stay in TC. Across the street from a gas station, walking distance to a Burger King, Coffee shop and a Rite Aid. In addition, all the great TC attractions! Things we appreciated about this listed are: 6 K-Cups for us (I appreciated this! Some VRBO’s don’t have coffee), great TV’s with decent channels, black out curtains in the master and VERY clean. Some things that were meh: the temperature settings were a little wonky. The AC would blast and it would be freezing, then stop and it would be stifling…like the air wasn’t moving. It was odd. Also, I hate having to take our own trash out. It’s not a big deal, but I’m being charged $160 for a cleaning fee. Finally, there is some noise but we had read the reviews and brought a sound machine…no big deal! Finally, this being a dog friendly listing the condo smelled faintly like dog. Pretty sure it originated from the rug but to be clear, the place was SPOTLESS. I know some people are sensitive to dogs but to this so I thought I’d mention it. Also, there was no elevator. All in all it was a great stay!

When we arrived the floor were dirty, glad they had a vacuum because I vacuumed the dog hair and dirt on rug, chairs, couch, under table.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable, perfect for our get away. We arrived early and were graciously granted an early check in.
