We were all very impressed with this house. The check in was flawless, and the house was very clean, and comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen as far as cooking utensils, and dishes. We appreciated the variety of coffee K cups that were provided. We also appreciated that there were plenty of outlets and additional plug-ins for chargers and USB’s that were provided in all of the bedrooms and the living room. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and my family and I felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, because of the nearby fires and the air quality, we were not able to sit out and take it vantage of the wonderful patio table, and awesome umbrella that is provided. We did have one question regarding a kitchen item and the host replied, very timely and addressed our question. We were very happy staying here.

Had a very comfortable, restful, quiet vacation at this home. Very comfortable and inviting. Location was great! Owner was accommidating and very easy to get in contact with. Definitely a return for us!

This property was remodeled and clean. The upstairs is cozy and nicely decorated. The bedroom below has some steep stairs and no bathroom so it was not the best for older people or small kids, but the other two bedrooms upstairs were great. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The grocery store is conveniently located within a block of two along with a park in the opposite direction. The host did a great job of making people feel comfortable with lots of extra towels, blankets and even lotion and a hairdryer in the hall closet. There was also dishwashing soap and laundry soap. The kids enjoyed the chocolate left on the table and there were fun books and movies as well. We never had time to enjoy these but I saw them in the basement. I also noticed there was a portable crib for babies and even sippy cups and baby spoons. This host has obviously taken some time to accommodate the needs of people who use this house. The drive way is shared with the house next door so it is hard to park without driving a little on the grass, which just meant we had to go very slowly when going in or out. Overall it was a great place to stay.

House was very clean, had a lot of space. Only had one bathroom upstairs which was ok, but could definitely use a bathroom downstairs.

Our entire stay was excellent. The moment we walked in it was welcoming and spotless. The furniture and king bed were extremely comfortable. The hosts were available for questions and so warm and friendly. Excellent hosts!!! If we could give a rating of 10 to every question on the survey, we would have. I highly recommend this Vrbo listing! The house is exceptionally clean and has been beautifully remodeled, giving it a fresh and modern feel. One of the nice features of this rental is the basement, which has a cozy TV area with a comfortable sofa, making it the perfect spot for movie nights or relaxing after a busy day of basketball games we have enjoyed. Additionally, the house includes a fully functional kitchen, which is great for those who prefer to cook their own meals rather than eat out. Lukasz

This is my second time renting VRBO in Spokane for State basketball tournament, and this home was perfect for us. It was very comfortable, the host was amazing. She kept in touch from the first time I messaged her. Definitely wouldn’t mind staying in the future.

Went to Spokane for a shopping getaway with my Mom, and our friends. The four of us ladies couldn’t say enough about our stay! Leslie is an amazing host. All four of us were very impressed with the set up, comfort, and amenities in the home. Felt like we were staying at a friends house! The bedding is comfortable! The living room is great for relaxing after a long day of shopping! So much better than a hotel room! They thought of everything! Kitchen so we’ll stocked! Even ice in the freezer! Coffee for the Keurig! So close to shopping and downtown! We were so happy with this choice! Will definitely be staying here if we ever come to Spokane again. Loved this place! Great communication and it’s so cute! Stairs are kinda steep to the downstairs, but my kids (4 and 6) had no issues. Everything was great!

Beautiful house! Tastefully decorated, everything is easy to find, and communication with the owner was super simple. There is a shared driveway, but narrow vehicles can fit fine and there’s plenty of parking on the street! We felt safe and were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

If possible, we will always book this VRBO when we come through Spokane. Our review is written from the perspective of having a high priority on cleanliness, as well as the comfort of the beds we slept in. Communicating with the owner of the property was easy with quick responses and she even went above and beyond by ensuring there was a crockpot for us to use while we were there. From the moment we walked in, we knew it would be a good experience. We appreciated that it was extremely clean. Even pulling out drawers in the kitchen proved that they take pride in what they’re doing. The property has high quality things in the home from extremely supportive and comfortable furniture, to soft close kitchen cabinets, to well-made utensils/small appliances, to the firm yet plush (memory foam) bed. Our family was easily able to spread out and not feel on top of each other. We are very grateful for our time there…to be fully and comfortably taken care of while away from our own home. Thanks, Leslie, for such a beautiful home! It was a huge blessing to us!
