Overall was a comfortable stay, had all items needed, mattresses were great

Some cobwebs and dust around could do with a deep clean, some home furnishings such as cushions and curtains up in bedrooms would have made place more homely just felt too clinical, back garden grass needed cut

Clean, conducive and a relaxed atmosphere

House and Garden are lovely, facilities were great! Host was very communicative and helpful allowed us to extend our stay at short notice, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be going back.

Notes for improvement- Mattresses could do with a Mattresses protector and the fitted sheets for the smaller beds should be deeper as they keep popping off. More of a personal thing as we are a family that like to bake but some more baking equipment eg. Cake tins would be great and a little tea pot would be nice.

Had pretty much everything for a self contained stay.

Great location. Just short way by bus to Manchester. Bus is operating very often, even every 10min. Good convenience shop where is bus stop. Bedrooms having sockets, and usb charge next to beds. Kitchen has everything what needed. Coffee, tea sugar available (I only miss mugs for my coffee in the morning). I liked that bin is nice big. One last for us for all stay. Nice big dinning room. Nice leaving room, but with house planned for five people one sofa is not enough, and maybe slightly bigger coffee table or another one should be there.

The biggest thing we didn't like, was that there was no TV available. Everything you need password. That is first place I met this kind. Basic TV channels available are standard in all places now. Bathroom nice, but need a bit deep cleaning, as we could see dump in corners, and very dusty rollers. I found shower very slipping. For my son after me we put small towel for safety. Parking is not on site, as maybe only small car could fit. First night I could park in front of house, but next day place was taken, and had to park on the other site. I did not feel comfortable, as host warn me to not disturb neighbors, and I was scare that someone will come and ask me to move. As well first time I had to pay deposit, and I am not staying in places like this first time. I had for week blocked £200. With non refundable option and deposit pay it makes taking this place as last option, just did not have another choice.
