Room are not clean, Bathroom is very bad and dirty. International POS machine r not available..

Pathetic location even though its near MG road, its on steep location. The cabs generally dont go to that place and if you are carrying luggage you need to drag it on to the top by yourself.

As one enters the property, they can feel that they entered in some unmanaged property. The property is not managed well, the worst is the office manager, who talks rubbish and don’t provide any transit services. Rooms are full of bees and flies. Back rooms are having no windows and rooms stinks like anything. I asked for transit services from manager and he tried to get more money from me for an airport drop services, he diligently showed no interest to help the tourist and waited till late night to communicate that no taxi services are available. Fortunately I worked on plan B and simply went on to road to arrange for taxi in cheaper rates. Food services are pathetic. Please if you don’t want to ruin your trip to darjeeling, pls pls pls never visit this property even they offer it for free.

the room and the service. especially how one particular staff Istiaq helped and provided support. decor was nice and place was clean. cant complain about the location as well. Food was really good.

the room has no window. there were faulty lighting and toilet exhaust which they did not fix after complining. the room had magnetic access key but they neither they used a master key to clean the room while we were away nor asked us to keep our key with them to clean the room. dinner was over priced compared to quality and quantity. hotel did not provide any menu card for any food/bevarages which kept the cost part in dark. Breakfast was complementary but at 9am most of the breakfast item did ran out.
