This beach house is a must if you plan on having a bachelorette weekend with a small group of friends. My best friend decided to have our Bachelorette weekend in OCMD and the Airbnb prices were too high for just a weekend at the beach for 5 people. This beach condo was nice, clean and had an ocean view. He allowed us to check-in and check-out as early or as late as we wanted as they did not plan on renting it out the following week. The condo was fully stocked with anything and everything you would need from a dishwasher, washer/dryer, towels, wash cloths. Literally everything including the dish and laundry detergent! Although we stayed for a bachelorette weekend, the condo is very family-friendly and can sleep up to 8 people! We didn’t realize it until once we were leaving, but there is a rollaway bed tucked under the lower bunk bed. Overall, our stay was amazing and I have to thank Steve for being such an outstanding virtual host! He was able to snag one additional parking pass for us since all of us were coming from different states and had to take separate cars due to our work schedules. Communication was easy and prompt and I would definitely rent this place out again!!!

This condo was wonderful. The pictures were precise. I had a few questions before the trip and Steve always got back to me immediately. I have stayed at numerous condos in Ocean City and I can say, without hesitation, that this condo is the CLEANEST you will ever rent!! It is well stocked with everything you will need. Location is perfect right on the boardwalk. The only suggestion I would have is that it would have been nice to have a dresser in the second bedroom. Other than that, it was a wonderful week. Property is bright and spacious with all the amenities of home. Patio facing the ocean is so relaxing and great for people watching. Steve was a great, friendly host who was easy to communicate with and really cared about our stay! Looking forward to booking again next year!

I've been renting in OC for 35+ years and this condo is one of my favorites! Beautifully decorated and maintained with everything you could possibly want or need on your vacation. Owner supplies all the bath towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Also included are paper products and cleaning supplies. The balcony is one of the largest I've seen with great furniture. I ran into an unfortunate personal problem and Steve the owner promptly helped me deal with the issue. He couldn't have been more helpful and generous with his time. If you want to have a beautiful luxurious vacation this place is for you! Thanks Steve!

Condo was very clean and well-maintained. Shows pride in ownership. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Provided linens, towels, paper products, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, board games and much more! The renters coming in after us canceled their stay and the owner offered us extended time on check out day free of charge. We would definitely rent here again and would recommend to others.

Highly recommend this unit, right on the Boardwalk! When we vacation at the beach, we want to stay in a place that looks and feels like a beach house, has conveniences as simple as having nicer bath towels and a little laundry detergent available, and, of course, a view (the closer the better) of the ocean. After travelling so far, we want to park the SUV and not drive much for the week. Lots of options for food and drink nearby are also on the wish list. This unit has it all!! Great location, view, amenities, comfort… we were fortunate to find this condo. We read the other reviews prior to booking and, after our week here, find them to be perfectly accurate and aligned with our experience. Steve & Denise, great job!! Loved our stay, thanks for being great to work with!

We stayed at the end of May with our two young girls. The condo is clean and quiet and well kept! It was stocked with everything we needed. The owners are great to work with! We look forward to staying again! Plus, you can't beat the view or boardwalk location!

Another week spent at this AMAZING condo. Had a great time simply sitting out on the spacious balcony overlooking the boardwalk. The kids did their beach things on the days when the sun was shining. Last couple of days were kinda chilly, but like I said...You cannot beat the view from the balcony. Steve and Denise have really made this condo into a home. As I said in an earlier review, this condo will be rented out year after year by the same families each year. It is just that spectacular!!!! This place is the perfect location for a vacation at ocean city. Steve makes us feel very welcome and the condo is well stocked to have a lot of fun and relaxation. This is a family tradition for us now. Thank you for making it fun year over year.

Booked this location for a weekend getaway with my wife and toddler and we were not disappointed. Condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and at a prime location on the boardwalk. Balcony was large with plenty of seats and tables. Plenty of games for families in case of a rainy day which, thankfully, we had none. Really appreciate the owners' attentiveness and flexibility. Our stay here was AMAZING! The beautifully maintained condo is right on the boardwalk facing the beach. Steve met us at the condo upon arrival and was so helpful and generous. The condo is spacious and comfy and is in the perfect spot! It's a quick walk to many restaurants, the inlet and directly across from the beach. I loved that with all the activity surrounding us, it was quiet in the condo. We will make this an annual vacation spot and we're looking forward to booking again!

We were in OC for a cheerleading competition for a long weekend. We were greeted by the nicest owners upon our arrival. Steve took us upstairs and showed us around their beautiful condo. The location is perfect and the condo was spotless and decorated beautifully!! We will definitely be back!!
