Incorrect location on map when booking. Actual location is blocks away.

It so happened that my wifes Birthday, and two of our friends anniversaries landed around the same time so we decided to take a wine trip to Traverse City and bring back an old tradition that went away after COVID. When we saw this property we immediately knew it was the one, affordable, 10 minute walk to food and drinks, enough Bedrooms and space for hanging out, and getting ready. In addition, the property partners with Brew Bus, a local company that transports groups around TC. We were fortunate to have an amazing drive in Doug (recommend) and even added hours we were having such a great time. The property was clean and perfect for what we were there to do. The property manager was super communicative before, during, and after the stay and provided us with everything that we needed to have an amazing trip. Highly recommend for any group that is looking for a low key, relaxing, and comfortable location to unwind, recharge, and create memories!

The property is in a great location and provides a family or group the space to spread out a bit and have both privacy and convenience. However, it is clearly taking a beating and the the management company needs a reminder of attention to detail. We came with our family of 5 and intentionally chose to NOT pack our bicycles as this property "provides" bike for use. They were unusable to say the least. All tires were flat, the chains were off and rusty, the seats were broken. There was no bicycle pump provided and when we called and asked for one early the second morning, it took all day and a second call to receive one. Very disappointing as it was our intended mode of exploration. In addition, the house just felt like it was being used, abused, and not paid attention to. There was a half consumed water bottle on the coffee table, the coffee pot had a used old filter in it. Many of the kitchen utensils were dirty. The beds had old food wrappers, hairbands, toys underneath and there was someone's old underwear in a dresser drawer. Finding all these treasures left me a little grossed out and feeling like likely what didn't look "dirty" probably wasn't all that clean. Lastly, the couches were horribly uncomfortable, the dining chairs were about to lose legs if we didn't tighten all the bolts, there was no backyard lighting until we moved a lightbulb from inside out, and the yard was under construction, so not at all as depicted in the picture. A place to sleep, not to spend time

Great house. The beds and comforters were super comfy, nice longe table to sit as a family. Location was good close to town. Was stocked with plenty of utensils coffee and cream. All in all a great place to stay .

Great location. Well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Washer and dryer. Easy walk to downtown and nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about this house! Clean and convenient. The comfiest beds. We had a great time and felt so comfortable. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our girls trip in September. There were 4 of us, and we each enjoyed our own room. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was easy to get to. The host was easy to reach out to and took care of our every need. Loved TC, and if we were to return, we would rent this same property.

This was a great rental for a girls weekend in Traverse city. Short drive to everywhere we needed to go and house met all of our needs.

Fabulous location and we loved having a fenced in backyard for our young children to play in. Easy walk to beach, town, playground, and ice cream shop. Needs improvement: when we arrived the sink in one bathroom was broken, there were empty beer bottles and food trash in the backyard, the propane tanks were empty, there were only 4 towels, and the house didn’t seem well cleaned, particularly the floors. There are no dressers in the bedrooms and one of the two with a cabinet that could be useful for putting belongings away had cans of paint and spackle and other things in it. One of the bench seats and one of the chairs in the dining room were broken so we had limited seating at the table and there are lots of chairs on the deck but no dining table. The fence doors only have latches on one side so they have fed a wire through a hole to open and close it and one in our group cut their hand on the wire not realizing it was frayed at the top. Re: sink and propane, management responded quickly. Re: broken seating and frayed wire, management said that the seating and wires are ‘old and get a lot of use’ but didn’t fix either issue.

The home had everything we could have needed. It was clean and neat with a reflection of an old traditional historical home you may see on TV. You won’t be disappointed.

Enjoyed location and property, easy to navigate with the app and no problems along the way.
