This place was a mess and I would never come back. The backyard was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts and there was a random pair of pants on the ground. The tables were coated in dust and were filthy. The inside of the property was not kept up. Dark smudges and stains were on the walls and what looked like multiple paint jobs in random places to cover whatever marks were behind it. The washing machine flooded the bathroom and no one came to fix it or help with the clean-up. At one point, without towels (because they were used to mop up the massive amount of water), we found towels in a closet on the same floor as our apartment. We didn't know they were from the attached hotel and we were threatened with arrest if we didn't return them. On the upside, at least we got an email after that. Still, no one fixed the washing machine or brought us towels. When we arrived, there was no soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms. Additionally, there were only two garbage bags and when I asked for more I was told there was a shortage. There was no coffee maker, as was advertised, so they dropped one off for us - with the wrong coffee pods. There was an infestation of ants in the living room and the bedroom that no one addressed. Overall, the only positive I can say is that it is close to town and parking is convenient. Our experience was awful. If you only need convenience, a youth hostel is cheaper and you'll get basically the same. Would not recommend.

We spent four great nights in Jerusalem city center just steps from Jaffa Street and 15 minutes walk to the Old City. The host was very supportive and had offices in the building for immediate assistance. We would stay here again.
