Hotel com localização excelente, quartos amplos e a vista para o Rio Mississipi deixa ainda mais especial. Todos os andares tem filtro de agua e gelo, trazendo um conforto enorme aos hospedes. Pela localização é possível visitar diversos pontos turísticos a pé, inclusive ir ao FedEx Forum para algum jogo. A funcionária Aquarius da recepção foi extremamente gentil e prestativa!

Good location

Room wasn’t ready at 4pm and we got there at 4:45 pm and still wasn’t ready. Had to wait about 45 minutes till a room was available. So put us behind on our evening.

The room, decoration and architectural were awesome and clean. The staff was friendly, Breakfast choices were good.

The staff perhaps need additional training and more resources. Bartender did not know how to mix drinks and tap beer was out. They were out of stock on mixes and limes. Not informed about the original building history or when it was originally built. Bar closed at 10 pm.

Memphis needs to concede to winter weather & budget for snow shovels & plows. The sidewalks needed maintenance from the ice & snow.

Loved the style and amenities. Felt very welcoming and comfortable. Loved the colors and unique tributes to Memphis culture and landmarks.

Wished there was available parking and/or cheaper, but given the location…I completely understand.

Location of room. Walkable to any of the downtown Memphis attractions.

Refreshed towels weren't easily replaced. The coffee barista(s) weren't as customer service conscious to various customers.

No coffee in room. No free coffee period. No free breakfast. I’m a rewards member which doesn’t matter. A non alcoholic drink starts at 7 dollars. Too expensive not to include even a cup of coffee or anything. Will not return to this hotel.

1. Room not ready(dirty) receptionist words 2. Asked why we needed an accessibility room 3. Door would not lock Properly didn’t realize the door never locked because it sounded like it latched. 4. Was told the other side of the hotel was eccentric not our side when we we asked about getting clean towels and cleaning up the room. Our side only gets it every three days. Again an employee of the hotel gave us that reason. I don’t know why Hyatt would put their name on this establishment. When I booked with Hyatt for the first time my expectations were this is going to be a great experience because it is a Hyatt. Not even basic needs. Also not to mention I was never made aware there was additional charge for parking.

Great location near main attractions with parking lot across the street much less than valet parking. Rooms very modern and attractive. Comfortable pillows, sheets and towels. Loved the foyer with the counter service. Very hip vibe and very friendly staff.

There was no coffee or tea making availability in the room. Had to purchase coffee downstairs.

We loved the location of this hotel. I was convenient and walkable to everything we wanted to do in Memphis. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, facilities were wonderful, and the staff was so friendly!

I have no bad things to say about our stay.

Ovviamente un po' caro (soprattutto per noi italiani) contando che bisogna aggiungere parcheggio ed anche la colazione non é inclusa.

The room was great, and so was the location

The caption is an unique hotel. Our river view room including the bathroom were larger than I expected. Bed and pillows very comfortable. I loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom. Extremely clean and friendly staff. Location to Beale St. Is excellent. I enjoyed being able to go from the Caption to the Centric to hang out on the roof top. The roof top bar has wonderful nightly entertainment. We totally enjoyed our stay.

There was not one thing I did not like about this hotel.
