After being cancelled by another host just one day before our check-in date we qualified for VRBO’s guaranteed rebooking service. Unfortunately the process to get to the rebooking team was beyond frustrating. I spent many hours on the phone with customer service folks and had to email proof of payment and proof of identity several times before being told that we finally were “approved” for the guarantee and being sent over to the rebooking team at about 5pm the night before our trip. But here’s the catch, they won’t transfer you to speak to them. You have to wait for them to call you. After waiting a few hours and not hearing anything we were getting nervous that we would not have a place to stay. I reached out to Jeff and told him about the situation and asked if he could hold his property for us until I could work it out with the rebooking people. He did and said it was no problem to wait to hear from them. I thought the rebooking people would cover the cost since we were canceled and not yet refunded for our original booking. I found out the next day that they send you a link to rebook yourself and get up to a certain amount that they will reimburse the difference from the original amount. I had to work with Jeff to book the reservation for different dates because it won’t let you book on the same day. Jeff was easy to work with and went above and beyond to help us make it work. Thanks Jeff! (Ps still waiting to get money back from VRBO)

The property was clean and comfortable. Directions were precise, easy to follow. Jeff, the owner, was friendly and quick to respond to all communications. We will definitely return!

We stayed here with some friends over a weekend and were very impressed with the house. Everything was clean and new and everyone had their own space and bathrooms! The house had everything we needed and was 10-15 minute walk from downtown and Lucas Oil Stadium, perfect for why we were in town. The host was very prompt in responding to questions but we didn’t have any problems or complaints. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed in this location for the National FFA Convention. It offered a lot of room for students and teachers. The space was open with a good living space for students to relax downstairs. Jeff was very responsive the whole time! It was close enough to walk as needed to the Lucas Oil Stadium and Indiana Convention Center.

This property is beautiful and spacious! Tons of room for my daughter and her 6 bridesmaids to get ready for her wedding. The rooster in the side yard was unexpected. It was a wake up call that was a little early for the morning after a wedding. I would highly recommend this wonderful house when visiting the Indianapolis area.

Beautiful home - excellent finishes, fresh and clean. Comfortable and quiet. All the good things.

Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Quiet part of the city. Easy walk to downtown. There were a few run down buildings by the area, but felt safe overall.

The house was clean with very comfortable furniture. Appliances were all new. Walking distance to stadium and convention center. Jeff responded very quickly each time we needed to communicate, from booking through check out. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was clean and very nice. We stayed in Indy for a wedding and the playground across the street was amazing for the children. This house has the perfect location for the stadium, and we plan to stay at this house again to take our kids to a game.

Home is in great shape with comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean and affordable for 3 couples with 3 full baths. The primary bathroom was really great! It had everything we needed to enjoy the Chiefs vs Colts game except for a Chiefs win. Easy less than 1 mile walk to Lucas Oil stadium. We tailgated at the house and walked to the stadium while everyone else sat in traffic. I’ve stayed in 10+ VRBOs all over the country. This is by far the nicest most well appointed of all!

We selected the property based on the location to Lucas Oil. It was a short walk away which was nice for the multi-day event we were attending. We also appreciated having the space offered by the property. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms was a plus for our party. It was reasonably priced, clean and Jeff responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great property for "home base" during our swim week in Indy... very convenient to downtown / IUPUI area... Bedrooms were big and beds were comfortable... big kitchen / bar area... Jeff was great and very responsive... Will be back!

The house was very updated and clean. The location was easy access to children's museum and zoo. The key pad lock did not work but the owner answered my call immediately and help correct the situation with minimal delay. The owner was very quick to respond to messages. My only recommendation would be to have the wifi password in a message or available in the house with a short list of descriptions of things like wifi password, how to work the alarm, check out procedure, etc. Overall a great stay and I would come back and rent again.

Super spacious and roomy home that nicely accommodated the multiple families that stayed with us. Beds were comfy and the the overall vibe of the home was perfect.

Jeff was amazing from the initial booking Until our arrival and beyond. House was clean, spacious, and brand new. Wry convenient location to Indiana convention Center. Fully stocked kitchen- washer dryer- all the am entities of home! Will definitely stay again if we have volleyball in Indianapolis!

The home overall beat expectations. The layout, bedroom sizes and number of bathrooms made the stay very enjoyable. You can tell the home was not cheaply rehabbed. The only two critics are there was no iron or iron board and the oven did not work. I would recommend and stay here again. Ohh and there were no blinds in the front bathroom.

The host was very responsive and the house is beautiful. Jeff answered his phone everytime I called which wasn't a lot but he is definitely on point with everything and I definitely recommend this stay.
