Cleanliness, the setup and the staff

The bed was messed up. half of the bed had this huge, like indentation. It was pretty beat up

I didn't like nothing. Place was not upto standard. Total waste of money. Won't book there again. Bad location, room conditions are bad.

The room is very small the bed is right next to toilet. There is no space in the room. It's not as what the pictures showed on booking. Com. The lodge is right next to a hostel which the noise levels was to high there was no peace

I booked and pay online and they sent me the booking confirmation but when I arrived there they told me its full I showed them my booking confirmation we took more than one hour but finally they made a plan B so I was not happy but I forgive them because no one is perfect we all do mistakes

No breakfast was served

I booked via booking.com and paid when arriving at the guest house I was told they are fully booked I had to call the owner she told me there's nothing she can do it was during the night I had to stay outside for an hour until their expected guest didn't arrive will never ever book via booking.com again

The staff were so kind to me, brought a delicious breakfast to my room, and then, on my second day, I was given a bigger room with a microwave and fridge which really made my stay even more comfortable. I was all alone in a city I did not know, and the kindness and warm smiles from the staff just made it so special. Thank you.

The area was quite noisy at night so I recommend travellers take earplugs. I love sitting outside so some garden furniture around the little swimming pool would be nice.
