Location is good

Staff service is too slow, i order food after 45 min they tell me that their kitchen is not operational, you can order food from Swiggy and Zomato, if i need a glass i have to wait for 30-35 min, such a horrible experience

Had to pay for breakfast as they served very less qty as complementary

Everything from the staff to the rooms.etc I had such a pleasent stay😀 friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping.

Very bad service, no food available. Rooms are bigger but there is a foul smell in rooms, even AC in bad condition. It does not meet the name of the brand.

The matress had accumulated hairs of the people everywhere. The fans were loaded with dust The AC water was dripping whole night Mosquitos oh my god...I couldn't sleep the entire night Pillow covers were stinking Floor had stains of spiller tea, coffee and God knows what all. Way too pathetic
