We had a wonderful stay here with family and friends to celebrate my son's birthday. Beautiful home!

This home is perfect for families. It is spacious, clean, with great amenities and the hosts are excellent to work with. Great location too, easy to get to Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder and more.

Very well appointed property! We stayed there with our 2 sons, their wives and one infant daughter. Loved the ping pong table. It was very convenient to have the pack and play on site when we arrived. The baby desperately needed a nap. It was also nice to be able to park in the garage since it snowed the night before we left. Just bring your own Kleenex, we couldn’t find any.

The hot tub was hot at first and the longer you stayed in it the colder it got.

House is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Plenty of bedrooms, and gathering space, but not much dining seating respective of all the bedrooms. Hot tub was nice addition and ping pong in the basement. Only gripes were fixable. Snow removal was an issue, but got fixed upon request. The garage floor was a mess, so we were always tracking something in. Not a Kleenex to be found in the house and the cheapest toilet paper I’ve ever seen. Would stay again though.

We enjoyed the property. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The ping pong table in the basement was a hit. Great location....just minutes from Walmart, groceries, and gas. We had a wonderful time.

We use to live in Loveland so this house was great to have friends and family come visit throughout the few days while we were there for our daughters CSU graduation! Hot tub was fantastic!

East access to everything in Loveland. Nice to have bedrooms on first floor for elderly in laws. Lots of space for family to not feel on top of each other!

Wonderful home in a great central location with plenty of space for our family. Wheelchair accessible with a great open floorplan. We look forward to coming back!

This was the absolute perfect house for our family. We had three older family members and being able to put them on the main floor was so helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard. The rest of us were able to enjoy the downstairs without disturbing those upstairs. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. When we come back to see family here in Loveland, Colorado, we would definitely rent this house again.

My son was getting married and we like staying in houses as a family. This was a large home grandkids could spread out in great basement.

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The neighborhood was quiet - the home is located in a very suburban area. The walkability wasn't great to get to shops and restaurants. However, there were some parks with a playground nearby. Overall the home was a great stay and we had a positive experience. The check-in process received the lowest score (3 stars) since I felt it could have gone a little more smoothly if there were actions taken prior to our arrival, such as 1) ensuring all trash was collected. There were several full bags of garbage in the garage from the previous tenants/guests. During the hot summer season this made the garage smell very bad. 2) the AC was not turned on prior to arrival and the AC unit appears to be too small for the size of the house and rather old/possibly not performing optimally. It took several hours for the house to cool down. 3) there were several work-orders that had been placed from the previous tenant(s)/guest(s) that was not attended to prior to our arrival. The items for repair were minor (dripping faucet, furnace filter to be replaced, etc). I appreciated the maintenance staff arriving quickly and we able to accommodate our schedule and attend to the home's repair needs while we were all of the home.

We were in town for our daughters wedding and had multiple families staying in the house. Worked out perfectly! Plenty of room to spread out! Stacy was so helpful and responsive whenever I contacted her. The house was updated and very nice! Highly recommend!

Lovely home, well appointed, fun for the kids, and relaxing & quiet for the adults. A/C was not working when we arrived. I contacted Stacy and she had someone come out in the morning to fix it. Thankfully it cools down in CO overnight so it wasn’t too bad.

Such a nice neighborhood, very spacious and clean property, and an amazing view of the sunset over the lake
