Great location, good facilities, the room is spacious, modern and with nice touches, including some tasty pastries. It is also dog friendly. The host is a wonderful person who made us feel welcome at all times and even took the time to show us important landmarks, he gave us important information and showed us an ancient cave. Apsolutly amazing accomandation. Located only 5 minutes drive from Sassi in a quiet and peacefull neighborhood. The whole building itself is newer with beautiful garden and the view. Free parking next to the building. The room is spacious with cozy bed and pillows and fully equiped as it is described. But the best part is it's host. He showed us where to park in the city for free and took us to see the caves outside the city. Unforgetable experience!

Location -- need car -- not easily walkable to Sassi

Very spacious, modern and clean room. Nice patio in frond of the room. Although there was no breakfast included the owner provided juices, coffee, and snacks for free. The owner was very kind to show us around the area and to a free parking lot near Sassi. The property also provided safe gated parking.

Far from Sassi.

Great location a short drive (even possibly walking) from Matera centre, comfortable. Our host took us for a walk and sightseeing upon arrival, fantastic!

A small detail, but some appliance had lights blinking in the room - worth asking how to turn them off when arriving :)
