It’s a beautiful property our overall stay was good. We were just disappointed about the hot tub not working, but they did compensate us and everybody was very nice. I would definitely rent again that same place.

Everything was top notch at this place. Views were excellent. Amenities were very nice for any age. It never felt crowded when we were there.

One of the better condos we've stayed in at Turquoise Place. Everything was clean and worked as it should. We would book again.

Totally enjoyed our trip to Turquoise Place #D2001Orange Beach, Al. The condo is beachfront and has beautiful views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the bay. The condo is well equipped with dishes, flat ware, pots & pans. I would have loved to have had another large skillet and I did notice the cutlery was very dull….Other than that the condo was perfect! We had friends and relatives at different times during our stay and everyone was very pleased with their rooms and was impressed with the condo itself.

The condo was very nice!! We were there during the cold snap so we stay in a lot and played games and ate! Kitchen well stocked!! We had no issues with the condo. But a lot of workers were everywhere due to renovations of the garage area!! Overall loved it!!

Great communication before arrival, excellent staff at Turquoise Place.

Although we had some minor issues with checking in (the email said to check in at C but we were supposed to check in at D), and there were minor issues with things not working properly like the fireplace did not work and the vent over the stove did not work and there were some broken light fixtures, as soon as we called there was someone there within an hour to get everything fixed. Exceptional service for sure. The balcony seating was perfect and staff does come check the hot tub every day to make sure the chemicals are right which is very reassuring. The rooms are so spacious and the beds are very comfortable. One big plus is that the lazy river is heated so even on the cooler days it was very enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this large 4 bedroom condo on Orange Beach for our family vacation. The condo/resort was very nice, located right on the beach. It had a pool and a lazy river as well. We loved the beach with the soft white sand and calm waters - note: condo had no beach chairs/umbrellas, but can be rented at the beach. The condo itself was very large with lovely amenities. The AC was cold, the water was hot, and the beds were comfortable! The kitchen was stocked well with everything needed to cook in. Note: there are no seasonings, S/P, oil, sugar, etc in the pantry. The patio with a hot tub was wonderful, though the grill needed a good clean. The view was amazing. Check in and out was easy and texting the property manager was a breeze. We very much enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Place and know you will too.

First time staying at this resort - loved all of the amenities. Was glad we stayed in the D Tower, as the C tower pools were closed due to renovation. All hot tub balconies were closed during our stay due to some issue with the water they were trying to work through - but the 2 Jacuzzi's in the indoor pool area were open so that was nice! The gym in the D tower was also closed for renovation, so we used the C tower gym and it was great! I would HIGHLY recommend they put a fan in there though - it was so incredibly stuffy. But the equipment was great. Also, maybe add a drink vending machine for those of us that left our water in the room (oops). This condo was nice - PLENTY of room for 7 adults and 3 kids (one kid slept on an air mattress in the master bath and one slept in a pack and play in the master closet - and still plenty of room to walk around them!). The linens on the beds were sub-par - I definitely expected better quality for a high end condo, but they didn't ruin my sleep (that was my 3 year old). You can tell the condo is owned by a corporation and not an actual person - there were no board games, cards, leftover books, extra beach toys- that sort of stuff you find when a person owns the condo - BUT iTrip was PHENOMENAL with the customer Service! They emailed and called before the trip, during and after to make sure everything went smoothly!! Very happy with the customer service. A couple small things to remember if you book this condo - they only provide a started set of paper towels, toilet paper, so bring extra (this is common). There was no dishwasher soap and you have to wash and put dishes away - so bring some. There was one thing of powder laundry detergent, but no dryer sheets. No oven mitts in this unit - just some silicone mats we used when cooking. Also NO PLASTICWARE- not a big deal for adults (unless you want to take a drink to the no-glass pool - then it is a big deal), but if you have kids, please know all the cups/plates are glass. We used the grill a couple of times - you can tell it needs some TLC - the area around it too. There was some mold on the walls - needed a good bleach scrubbing. Also the outside furniture had definitely seen better days. The lazy river was awesome - heated and fast and not too crowded. Zero-entry pool was also great for kids! The facility has events during the day they put on so that was fun for the kids. Overall, a great unit, just needs a few personal touches and it would be super great!!

We had our Thanksgiving here- family from Arkansas and Southern Florida met in the middle- it was perfect! Lots of room and great view!

It was more than we expected. Wow!

We have been coming to Turquoise Place every Sept. for the past ten years. This is the first time we go through vrbo instead of spectrum and we can notice the difference in the upkeep of the individual properties. Something you as an owner should know.

The overall experience was excellent and the views and amenities of the room are as described, and probably even more beautiful in person. There was a cleanliness issue with the additional bedding and the air mattresses leaked air, making them useless. Slight wifi issue that was resolved with a phone call. Very good overall, and would definitely stay again.

This was our first vacation with all the extended family. Grandparents, parents and 7 kids. Guys we have already decided it will have to happen again next year! Kitchen is fully stocked we cooked every night. Full size washer and dryer came in handy for beach towels. The hot tub was a great way for the kids to stay entertained while the parents are recovering from a beach day. My only frustration was that we couldnt find the air mattresses but there is so much space that we didnt even need them when it came down to it. HIGHLY recommend.
