we arrived at our 4 PM check in time.  A few minutes later and knock on the door and the maid saying that the house has not yet been cleaned and should we give her two hours. We had just driven eight hours to get there and expected the house to be clean. we left let her do the beds in the bathroom and we are able to get back into the house about 530. What bothered me was we didn’t receive a message regarding the house not being ready at till 530 until 520. To me that was kind of lame. They could’ve told us it wasn’t going to be ready way before that. But you receive a message at 5:20 with a notification that the house will be ready at 5:30 was  poor business, seem like they were trying to cover their butt.
