First let me say that the home mostly met our expectations. The bedrooms were well sized and beds were comfortable. The rest of the home met our needs. The location is fantastic with great views calling for you to spend lots of time on the porch. The pool was nice but needed cleaning and wasn't cleaned in the week we were there. There was a bunch of sand and dirt at the bottom of the pool and it was still there the day we left. The walk to the beach is extremely short and the beach is not at all crowded. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. We only drove to dinner once during the week. We had our dog with us and they had a nice doggie area beside the steps for it to go. There is a small park a short walking distance away as well. A dog park is 2 miles away and a dog swimming area is about 4 miles away. Note that dogs are not allowed on the beach per the city. Overall the home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. I do want to warn those staying on floors 2 and 1 that the noise from the upstairs neighbors can be loud. We could hear running, chairs dragging, and all activity starting around 6 AM. Fortunately the first family that stayed above us was quiet but the second family had over 10 people there with small children and it was loud. We also had an incident where the cleaners attempted to come in during the middle of our stay. They entered without permission and abruptly left without explaining themselves. It took me hours to get someone from Vacasa to call me back and confirm these were indeed cleaners and not someone with the access code to our unit. My wife was extremely worried for most of the day until we heard back from Vacasa. This took about 4-5 hours to get this cleared up. Overall I would recommend the unit and would probably stay here again.

Our condo was so beautiful and perfect for our girls trip. The balcony was so comfortable as well as the beds. We also enjoyed the pool and beach chairs provides.

Amazing view and overall great place to stay! Walking distance to many restaurants and ice cream shops, bike/golf cart rental. Pool is a bit on the smaller side for all three levels, but the ocean is just steps away. Great communication with Property Management. Would definitely stay there again. We did wish there would be an earlier check in time than four as we arrived earlier than anticipated.

We enjoyed our stay, watching the dolphins and birds along with beautiful sunsets, it doesn’t get any better than this. Walk out the door and onto the beach. We walked the beach to reach the the restaurants , coffee shop and ice cream store with over a 140 flavors.

Location, location, location! Literally steps to the beach and a few steps (within .5 miles) to multiple bars, restaurants, live music, CVS. Upon arrival, the condo was much better than I expected...everything you need, updated, sturdy. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. It was perfect for our stay...there were 6 of us, 8 would have also been comfortable. Highly recommend, jiat needs a few more wine glasses 😉

Construction work spoiled our holiday. 16 days before our stay I received an email from the host talking about construction work! I find it hard to believe that the host didn’t know about this work months in advance and give us the opportunity to find alternative accommodation. We booked this apartment for the direct beach access and quiet location. Upon our arrival we could not access the beach and the noise from the earth moving machines was constant. This work is scheduled to last for 3 months. Our son who has autism found this very hard to cope with. The apartment was lovely and if not for the constant beeping, diesel fumes revving engines and clanging diggers this apartment would have been the perfect location. I have never been so glad to check out

This place had magnificent views of the beach and easy walking to several dining spots including a bakery and brewery. The pool was nice place to cool down after hitting the beach. Chairs were available and the kayaks were nice(no backs on seat).

Sad that the last two days the pool was not clean and safe to use. A problem like algae.

The location was great. Beach was fantastic. We liked this beach much better than Clearwater Beach!!

We LOVED this place. Yes, the people walking above us were loud at times, but it was very minimal. Everything was perfect and we didn't have one single issue. We are hoping to be back to this exact place!

This condo is beautiful, and with such an incredible view of the ocean from the balcony - it left us breathless. We came down for just over 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. The place was spotless when we moved in and came with all the necessities you might need. What is really nice is that the building only has 3 units - you never feel crowded or have to worry about running into people all over the place. A very nice pool area that, surrounded by trees, is great for blocking the wind on somewhat cooler days. A plus is the elevator - a big help when you have 20 bags of groceries that need to go upstairs. We plan on coming out for 3 weeks next year and staying here again. This gets our highest recommendation.

We enjoyed 7 nights at this condo. Gorgeous views, heated pool, beach chairs, Very spacious! With kayaks provided we were able to kayak right next to multiple dolphins. One of the coolest experiences I have ever had! The kids loved the pool! We had 5 adults and 3 children and more than enough space!! In condo washer and dryer, full kitchen, plenty of extra bath towels, lots of hangers, spacious screened in patio. Be sure to purchase extra TP , paper towels and trash bags :) At times we could hear the people above us running around... With such a large party we did have mornings we ran out of hot water… The condo is located right next to (kind of shares a parking Lot with) a public beach parking lot and boardwalk 👎🏻 BUT it worked for us since we got married on the beach in front of this beautiful condo—our guest were able to use the free parking area. Over all, Amazing beach condo for our family!

Perfect location! Beautiful condo with everything you need. Pool and beach is outstanding!

My family & I stayed in this vacation spot for a week. A total of 5 adults, 3 kids (12, 10, 5). If you are on the 1st or 2nd level, you can hear everything going on above you. Including the other guests walking across their condo. Which can be annoying, but wasn’t a huge deal to us. You can’t expect people not to walk around! It was about our 5th night in, we had tucked the kids into bed approx. 8:30 -9 PM. Now, 10:45 PM. All the adults are sitting on the couch watching television before heading to bed. I get a call from an unknown number so I don’t answer it. They left a voicemail. It was an agent with Vacasa informing us there had been a noise complaint filed against us and we needed to be respectful of our neighbors or we could be immediately evicted from the property with no refund. I did NOT appreciate getting threatened with these things when my family had done nothing out of the normal. Literally nothing. So I call back immediately to get details as far as more specifics to the complaint - footsteps, the television, voices? What was so loud we were disturbing neighbors? Again, the kids were asleep. Adults all sitting on the couch - maybe some casual conversations but nothing loud, the television was on but at an appropriate volume. They would not give specifics of the complaint and just said that maybe there had been a misunderstanding. Which is okay, misunderstandings happen - but don’t threaten to immediately evict 8 people from their vacation rental over a misunderstanding. I didn’t appreciate it at all & the rest of the time we felt like we had to tiptoe & whisper as if not to disturb anyone in fear of getting kicked out of the condo. We will not be staying here again.

I stayed at “on the rocks 2” for a girls trip /“and we all loved the close proximity of the beach/ocean and restaurants as well as spacious, clean, and high quality furniture (beds, couch). The walls/floor seem to be thin because we could hear our neighbors food steps ad voices above and below and probably vice versa. It didn’t affect us too much, but just an FYI. I highly recommend this place!

This was a perfect spot for our girls weekend. It was clean, kitchen is stocked for cooking, and the beach location is great. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean, great location. Enough off the road that noise was no issue

This condo is very nice. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. However I have a few suggestions. The first suggestion would be more towels. There were four wash clothes and six towels in a condo that sleeps 8 and also only 5 beach towels. In addition, it would be nice to have some light cleaning supplies in the condo. It would help those staying help in maintaining the place better. We love the beach and the condo very much. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the very thin ceilings. Staying in the second unit, at times it sounded as though a heard of elephants were walking across the floor. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos and so is the pool. It got very crowded in the pool. Lastly, there is a public beach access right beside the condo which made things very crowded during the weekend and up to July 4th. Even still, I believe we would definitely rent this place again. It was a wonderful, relaxing week.

If you love Indian Rocks this is the perfect location to walk to all of the places that are staples of an Indian Rocks vacation. The condo has everything you need both inside and outside. We loved this condo great for family and the view is Gorgeous easy to get to pool and beach lots of great restaurants to walk to! The condo has so many things inside plenty of chargers fans all the beach stuff it was a great vacation!
