great place to stay with family especially when you’re travelling with kids or babies. very clean and great facilities, the owner is really helpful and friendly. love this place and will come again any other days.

Location is excellent - super convenient for Pakuwin mall and lots of facilities. Helpful host. The main problem was a last minute switch to a different apartment because of a leaking pipe. The substitute apartment was larger but not really ready for occupation. We listed 13 missing items promised on the website but not provided. In the event Asri responded very quickly and the items were provided ok. But the apartment was still rather spartan and lacking in personal touches, including helpful information

See above. The apartment was large but still quite basic - only one induction burner, no microwave, a very scruffy wall in one of the bedrooms. Plus problems with the electricity tripping out when the system was overloaded (eg switching on a kettle while two AC units were on). Better information would have helped

The property is near shopping mall, very convenient. The place is clean and facilities r clean and new. The host is nice, she replied my questions fast and clear.

The location was perfect for my familly. We can find anything that we want to make our holiday perfect from great shopping center, range of restaurants, and playground for our kids. The room is clean and tidy like in the picture. Kitchen is complete with ammenites like microwave,bottle dispenser,ricecooker, cutleries etc. The best is kids love the pool area.

the property is just right above the biggest shoping arcade in Surabaya ( Pakuwon Mall ), it was so clean and tidy with a good view. I came with my wife and baby, also one baby sitter. it was just adorable, will be back when I am in Surabaya.
