El personal nefasto d hecho les dije q no m iba a qdar y aún así hicieron el cargo a mi tarjeta, lo q ofertan es mentira no dicen q tienes q pagar 800 pesos para poder accesar a un estacionamiento y q el aire acondicionado lo puedes utilizar únicamente d 8:00pm a 8:00am y un sin fin d mentiras hasta q pagas la reserva t dicen las verdades. D hecho ni utilice el hotel.

Hay un pub al lado y se escucha como si estuviera en la habitación, las camas son súper blandas, duermes en V y la limpieza la verdad no cumplía nuestros standards, nos acribillaron los mosquitos y nos encontramos un alacrán en la habitación. Teníamos la habitación para 5 días y al tercero nos cambiamos porque no estábamos agusto, lo siento pero no lo recomiendo, nada parecido a las fotos y luego no se puede descansar

It was an amazing value for the price! The room was cleaned daily and the fan in the room really helped. The staff was very helpful, and the location was prime!

I would have loved to have air conditioning all day, but that wasn’t a big deal. You are out doing things in the daytime and the fan in the room really helps…we were there in the middle of July, and still were comfortable.

Location was great, staff were friendly.

Hotel was not what was expected. The limited hours on the air conditioning made it a hard stay as the weather was very humid and there was nowhere to refresh yourself if coming from the outside. Had to wait until 8:00pm to cool off. (My fault did not read the fine print regarding the ac hours before booking) The water for showering was very salty and disgusting. Didn’t feel like you were actually showering to get clean. The name says it all “treehouse” literally, you could hear the stomps above you if someone was staying in the room above you. I could hear all the noises from above as well as the music from the close by hotels. Mainly the discomfort. Hotel structure was OK. Very ordinary and with zero luxury. In my opinion, Tulum itself was very expensive and not worthwhile. Transportation extremely overcharged especially to tourists. Would not visit again. :(

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is also really convenient, my husband and l rented a scooter in town and we were able to visit just about any location within 10 minutes. You’re very close to the beach clubs and main strip as well as the Public beach and downtown area.

great location for a short trip right in the centre of everything. comfortable and clean and very affordable.

I would choose something a little more secluded and quiet for a longer trip.

they didn’t accept booking from you guys they said they don’t see it in their system even though I showed them the confirmation, they charge me double price from what I purchased from you, I was very disappointed.

amazing receptionist, best location if you want to be close to the beach and parties - and you can hear the party in your room so if you are looking for quiet nights it’s not for you. AC work only 8pm - 4am but you have fan just above the bed. Always had hot water. (Don’t brush your teeth with them)

Cuautli went above and beyond the call of duty to help me secure critical transportation during an unexpected taxi strike! Besides that, he was just very considerate, helping an old guy with ridiculously heavy luggage. The grounds are very attractive and well kept. The owners were as pleasant and helpful as any I have ever met, anywhere in Mexico. I would most definity stay here again! I had the ground floor room, which was very comfortable and airy, at a very good price for Tulum - but next time I would love to have the top floor! Never had ANY problem with noise, the location was great. And I appreciated their eco- consciousness, too! Wish I could have stayed longer. There was even a sweet cat visiting my threshold. 6 stars!

Aside from having a short visit, absolutetly nothing i did not like.
