First, internet didn’t work for the entire time! The network was showing and connecting but no internet access, you can imagine having 3 kids with no tv and tablets for 2 days. Communication with the owner was not helpful, between “you need to reboot” (which was not funny after 10 times) and “call this number for tech support” (really? I’m the guest! And tech support never answered….) to “technician is on the way” (never came) and “satellite issues”….. of course no compensation offered!! Second, the cabin was on, just ok. A lot of the gaming stuff were broken and missing parts, arcade didn’t work! Kitchen tools saw better days, no real comfortable porch seating options, the sign shows at the pictures didn’t work…. A lot of small things that made it just ok - far from the high rating and high price. I’m visiting this area with my family 3 times a year, always stay in a cabin and this one was a big disappointment for us. Not recommended.

When I say this cabin was amazing!!! It is definitely like the pics!!!! The place was clean top to bottom!!! The kids definitely enjoyed the top floor game room!!! The views are pretty good as well!! I love the fireplaces in each room and the beds were super comfortable!!!!!! The host were great and I love that they have a link they send you with all of their suggestions and tips!!! Word of caution though! Do not take your trash down to the compacter at night!!! That’s when the Bears come out!!!! We seen one!! I highly suggest staying here it’s literally a 7 minute drive to Anakeesta and all the things Gatlinburg has to offer!!!!! I will definitely be renting this cabin again!!!

Perfect vacation for friends and family meetup

The place was great and provided everything we needed. While it would not have deterred us from staying here, it might be helpful to indicate one of the 4 bathrooms is a jack and jill between two bedrooms. The description says each bedroom has an attached bathroom. But that was an inconvenience we had to work out between two couples to avoid problems. But we DEFINITELY recommend these hosts.

We had a great and easy check in process. Once we got there of course we looked around the property. There was trash on the porches and looked as tho it had not been cleaned. One of the pictures outside was broken and just laying on the table. I contacted the property manager via inbox on VRBO. To let her know that the items were broken so she would know we weren't responsible. She did apologize for the cleaning to not be done that they were short staffed. We got ready to play the games and shuffle board had no sand on it. The pucks were broken so it was hard to use them as well. So the guys wanted to play pool. There was no pool chalk and not a rack for 8 ball only 9 ball. I contacted the manager again and after 1.5 days she responded that she was sorry they must be out of the sand. So two of the games we had to go purchase the supplies to use them. The light up sign that is pictured, my daughters wanted to take a picture in front of it and it wouldn't come on. She notified me that it was broke. We checked out, got home and realized that my husband forgot his hang up shirts in the closet. I contacted her via inbox again. She said that she would check with the cleaning crew. It's been 5 days since I messaged her and 17 days since check out and I've not heard a word. I messaged her numerous times. The game room is on the top floor and its very loud even walking up and down the stairs much less playing a game. I would not recommend this place due to the lack of communication.

This cabin/resort community is awesome! The cabin is as beautiful as pictured, and so cozy and inviting. We arrived to a special balloon bouquet and cupcakes for the birthday girl... which was beyond thoughtful and added a personal touch! The power was out on arrival due to a wind storm earlier in the day, and we spent about an hour just settling in... in the dark. Haha. Once the power was back on... the internet was basically dead... which was a fight the rest of the stay getting it to stay working. The owners were a great help in contacting the right people to come look at it... but the wind made it impossible to keep everything up and running. So, unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy all of the Alexa features. HOWEVER, despite all this, there was so much to do. The game room is loaded, the hot tub is amazing, and there are so many cozy areas to curl up with a good book. The beds are also like little slices of Heaven, and enough soft blankets to keep everyone warm throughout the entire cabin. If that isn't enough to keep you warm, the fireplaces in nearly every room will do the trick. The hills aren't too steep which is a plus if winter weather moves in. It shows space for two cars to park, but we easily fit 3, as well as, the neighbors 3 cars! The Christmas tree was still up, which made us so happy... and the Stargazer picture wall was perfect for a photo shoot! The view of the stars from the hot tub capped off the perfect celebration weekend for our daughter!

We had no issues with the property. It looked as advertised. I would recommend to other travels. The only issue is that the place was a little dusty with a few webs. As long as the cleaners address that everything will be perfect.

This cabin was great all around. Accommodations for little kids (supplied high chair, pack and play..), activities at night for the teenagers (and adults) with an amazing game room, and a great hot tub as well! We will be back.

This is a quaint and cozy space! It is close to everything and we had no issues getting Uber eats to the location! My family and I stayed for a few days for my dad’s birthday and we had a great time! Would love to come back and stay one day!

Upon arrival, the property was in TOP NOTCH shape, rooms and living spaces were clean and ready for activities. Has great access to the Gatlinburg strip not even to mention the incredible game room that continued to bring us together throughout our time there. Decided on an evening in and cooked our dinner and the property contained everything we needed to get the job done. Would recommend to anyone looking for a very memorable and near perfect stay in the Smokies for their friends and family.

This cabin housed two families of 4 (4 adults and 4 kids) comfortably. It was clean, spacious, and was in close proximity to all the attractions we visited in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We’d stay here again and highly recommend others to check it out when in the area!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Stargazer! Accommodations were perfect for the 6 of us. Spent most of our "late" nights up in the game room playing pool & the arcade game that included Ms. Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger & Galaga. The joystick is a little worn & sometimes hard to maneuver, but it was fun to play such "old" games. One person in our party was celebrating her 50th bday & we arrived to balloons, a bottle of wine & a card which was a nice surprise. Cabin is close to both downtown Gatlinburg & the Pigeon Forge area. Hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns before, during & after our trip. We highly recommend this cabin & can't thank Lila & Jill enough for everything they did!

Two of the bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom. That was the only surprise from our visit. The property was clean with fun amenities, management was easy to work with.

We had a great time and there was a lot of space for everyone.

Easy access to main drag Gatlinburg, accommodations were on point and we had a great time!

We enjoyed our time at this cabin very much! The location was great and the cabin was perfect for a large group. Our children ranged from 10-19 and all had plenty to do! Thank you for a great experience!

The location is so close to anything you want to do, very convenient! The property was perfect for our group and it was very nice. We had to reach out to the property manager one time and received a reply back quickly!

Everything about this property was nice. The host were very accommodating and quickly responded to all my questions. The cabin was so clean and in the best location. Everything was great from check in to check out. My family and I will definitely book this cabin again.
