This hotel needs major updates. The bathroom is dated. Paint is pilling. It is not a 4 star hotel as advertised.
However, hotel is in a great location to AT&T stadium.

The interaction with staff was phenomenal, they were so friendly and helpful and efficient. The room was very nice but there is very little water pressure, the shower floor was slick as oily tile and there was no ventilation to remove the steam so even using a towel to clean the mirror, it fogged right back up. The bar closed at 8:00, way too early.

The facility was alright with a HUGE exception. The property smelled like burned fry grease. It smelled like we were staying in a bad Alsups! It permeated everything. Even the clothes that we had hanging in the closet smelled like the grease. I have never stayed in a hotel that smelled like this. The staff was helpful and friendly, but I would NEVER stay here again after this experience.

The pictures make the hotel look amazing, however, our experience was not amazing. Hotel had an odd smell when we entered. The floor in our room was dirty and had red stains on the floor. It looked like it had not been vacuumed. There were stains on the comforter of one of the beds. The elevators were slow. Housekeeping is not 24 hours. I was told I could not get extra towels since housekeeping was gone. Breakfast buffet is $15 for adults and $12 for kids. We found an amazing breakfast place off site that was much cheaper. Rooms also felt humid and sticky. This is not what I expected from looking at the pictures and reading reviews.

When we arrived the systems were down to check in, but the staff was working hard to make sure everyone had a good experience. I have far greater respect for a group that can manage through challenges than maintain a good situation.

Hilton system went down the day before, the gentleman that checked us in was calm in a very chaotic, busy situation and explained what was going on and got us checked in as quickly as possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the elevator, but they got it fixed as quickly as possible, so you can't complain about that.

Location, location, location. You’re close to all of the Arlington sporting events and entertainment district. Pretty basic Doubletree hotel. You know what you’ll get, which is always good.

Will not stay again! Delayed check in. Staff had no idea what they were doing. Got stuck on an elevator. Room key didn’t work first two times and had to keep going back to get recoded. Pool was closed due to maintenance issues. Ice machine broken. Door was so hard to open we had to ask for help. No remote control for tv. I could go on and on.

The managers special was only from 5-630 most Embassys I've stayed at last until 7/7:30. The breakfast was super cold eventhough they were sitting under the lamps. This establishment needs a major upgrade, for the price charged per night. It had an old smell in both rooms I went in. Do your research prior to booking convenient because it has airport shuttle was the only thing we liked.

This would be a great hotel for families with children. It was a very happy place, but there were kids everywhere! The staff was friendly, patient and kind, but overall, the hotel was a little loud.Parties taking place made it difficult to keep lobby and pool area clean.

I don’t have a complaint against the hotel. I have it against the Expedia reservations. I canceled my reservations on Expedia 10 minutes after booking. The way they have their website set up is misleading!!! I canceled submitted and all was well. Refund on the way. Then Expedia says I canceled the protection plan NOT the hotel reservation. So I do not get refunded and I didn’t stay at the hotel. Very disappointing

Front desk was very nice and understanding. However didn’t have any towels nor face towels.I informed front desk about it multiple times which the lady made an effort to check on the situation but no help, front desk did take my room number n everything to accommodate but towels were never issued. upon arrival strong odor of marihuana at service desk, elevator and most of 3rd floor where I stayed. Asked for extra sheets never brought them went to desk and ordered sheets and blanket they came in a short time. Tried to watch tv kept going blank checked others channels did the same think and after the third time it just quit completely. Turned tv off and read bible.
